Arrived damaged
I was excited to get this book, because I love Megan Hess books, I have them all. So I was very upset when I opened my delivered parcel to see that the cover is damaged. Unfortunately this is not the first time, when ordering from amazon, the book arrives with damages- usually the corners of the book are damaged. Apart from the damaged cover, this is an excellent coffee table book. An easy read.

Received used item in place of a new one even though it said "new" in the description. There were clear scratches on the whole cover. It was meant to be a present, so this is unacceptable! Will return.
