Probably Duplicate.
The item I received was different that what is shown in the photo item description. The package was was also open and taped. There is a chance I did not receive the original product.

Very easy to use. Clear instructions, and as I live in a very hard water area, this descaler is essential for our coffee machine. Good value, and something I would always use and recommend. Seems to be keeping the product clean and clear.

The product is standard, but for what's important is that's its the official brand. I tried to follow online video instructions but they were not entirely accurate and different lights lit up, so I'd advise to use your instruction manual when you descale. I'm assuming the machine needs to be descaled around once every three months or so.
