A must-have for the Garrett carrot!
A must-have for any Garrett carrot! They’re thin enough that you aren’t losing any sensitivity/depth with targets, but thick enough to prevent the tip from getting holes in it. I wore through a couple of pinpointers before finally getting these tips - glad I did! I highly suggest putting one on your Garrett carrot fresh out of the box, because I managed to lose one of these rubber tips when I put it on a well-used carrot that was already worn down.

Have had no problems with these products Pin pointer tips fits good and stay on , (using them on a Garrett pin pointer ) Lanyard works good and is long enough too.

essential items to extend the working life of the Garrett Carrot
Lanyard & (3) Tip Protectors for Garrett Pro-Pointer: The lanyard and carabiner aren't especially heavy duty. But they work OK for now. The orange vinyl caps look great. Note that the Carrot's 'scraping blade" ridge causes a triangular gap between the vinyl on each side. Water & sand DO fill those gaps. So, after each outing, it's important to remove the cap & thoroughly clean its inside and the Carrot tip as well.

Quality with 2 extra covers
Fit the Garrett carrot and seems to be made of thick material. Used it once and like the elastic stretchy thing,forgot the name. Makes using my pinpointer so much easier.

Caps are a perfect fit for my two Garrett Handheld pin-pointers. Good quality, easy to use clip on lanyard. I replaced the 15 cent plastic hook in favour of a metal clip for the safekeeping of a $150 pin-pointer. Otherwise a great purchase.
