Can you use a regular bingo dabbed? Or are these a slick surface and the ink would smear?

I am not sure. They are not flimsy paper, they are more of a slick card stock, so they are hardy and reusable. We use markers such as cherrios or m & m's for markers.

Are the cards made of paper or posterboard?

I call it a smooth card stock not flimsy paper or thick like posterboard.

Is this Bingo cards, hard cartons?

Yes, this bingo cards is hard paper

How does the back look like?

The back side of this bingo card is plain white
