Second time of buying this, the whole family really enjoy the flavour. Have used it mainly for cooking pulled pork and for marinading chicken which I then use in stir fries. Mixed with honey it really brings a zing to roast vegetables too. Next on the agenda is to try it in a pasta sauce. It is a very thick paste but is easy to thin with either water, honey or soy sauce and has a delicious sweet, spicy and very moorish flavour. Once opened it keeps in the fridge very well. A very versatile product that has so many uses and I am so glad I tried it. Wouldn't be without now. Quick delivery and a good price. Highly recommend.

Smokey, slightly sweet, not unbearably hot but a wee kick, quality paste.

It's a good product, but not something I use regularly. Surprised how short the use by date was. Will have look at another vendor.

Très bon gochujang ! La saveur est bien équilibrée entre épicé, sucré et salé. J’en mets dans les nouilles, le riz ou même dans les marinades et ça change tout. Attention quand même : une petite cuillère suffit… sinon votre plat peut devenir plus chaud qu’un épisode de cuisine coréenne version ninja 😅. Super produit, je recommande ! 🌶️

Puoi usarla per marinare la carne prima di cucinarla, nelle zuppe, fare il tipico piatto coreano Bibimbap, o anche per condire la pasta o noodles. Super versatile! We’ve started using gochujang in a lot of dishes as a replacement for standard chili paste, and we’re hooked.
