One of the best tri-stands you can buy !
Have conducted a ton of research on triple-monitor stands before purchasing this item. After receiving, I can tell you that this is probably the best stand in the price/performance category. This was much less expensive, especially when Amazon has it on sale, then the competition, but the build quality is definitely top notch. If you are going with 3 x 24" or 27" monitors, then the Telescoping Wing option is very near mandatory, and I'm glad I did. This way I can adjust the side monitors easily at a 45⁰ angle (and they could go much more) and then slide them both slightly behind the center monitor to remove the dual bezel look. With only one bezel on each side, it adds greatly to the surround immersion & isn't noticeable after a couple of minutes! One major benefit that I didn't really think of at the time of purchase, but very glad this stand offered.....is the metal base that is perfectly flat and is less than 3/16". When moving items around my desk, you can easily slide other items over with no impact (i.e. keyboard, etc...). Even though flat, it easily provides more than enough weighting for the 3 monitors. Moving in & out of my desk, this stand has never wobbled, even the slight bit. Very stable. It is 18" wide by 16" deep, and by getting rid of the other 2 monitor stands, opens up a ton of desk space. Found out I could be a lot more organized. Also, I can use the stand as additional horizontal space (i.e. cell phone, glasses, sticy tabs, etc...), which I couldn't do if it was domed, like some of the competition. One item I added, but not worth taking a star off for, is that with the stand finish on my laminated desk (could be the desk) is that the stand tended to slide during the adjustments phase, so I added a handful of small clear rubberized stick-em pads to the bottom. Not noticeable, barely adds to the height and really helps keeping the stand in place. The stand was well packaged and protected. Setup is simple (others reviewers have complained, can't understand why) and didn't even need the 1-page instructions. It's a vertical pole that slides into the base (and tighten), then you slide the horizontal bar with wings down over the vertical pole (and tighten), install the VESA bracket to the center monitor, tip up at a 45⁰ angle and lower onto the horizontal bar (tipping forward, it will lock in place with a locking pin), loosen the horizontal bar and adjust the height (easier with 1 monitor than 3, then retighten), extend the wings (two screw handles on the back allow this), then do the same installation process for the other 2 monitors, and lastly adjust the vertical screw handle on each side monitor to level the height (a small level does help). Done! Also it is preferable to have 3 identical monitors with a loaded ICC profile for a consistent image that spans across all 3 monitors. Very sturdy, rugged, and easily adjustable
For me, the stand holds three 24" asus vg248qe monitors. I have set them up with side monitors angled, for my liking, at ~45 degrees for use on flight sims, fps shooters, and code work. This stand, having telescopic wings, allows for up to 3 x 27" monitors (but the viewing angle for the monitors wouldn't be as adjustable with the wider monitor size). I am not sure why the description on amazon says triple 26"?? The stand base is quite long (18" x 16.5"), but is flat and I am able to place a center speaker on it, to make use of the space. The stand frees up more desk space compared with the 3x stands I would have had to use, without the Ergotech. The entire stand can be put together, by one person and with monitors mounted, in about 15-20 minutes. It is very easy to set up and the two required allen tools are included. If your stand isn't level, you might have to have an additional allen tool for finer adjustment, however, I didn't have this issue. The vesa 100x100mm (also has 75x75mm) bracket size and included screws worked well for my installation. The brackets and pinions are very functional and I had height, width and positioning set for all three monitors, in ten additional minutes (due to being picky). I found them rather easy to adjust, however, some of the allen bolts were a bit snug and had to be loosened. The brackets can handle monitors up to 26 pounds; my monitors were only 13 lbs per monitor. The quality of this stand is excellent. It is not an artistic piece (nothing fancy), however, it isn't an eyesore and blends in well behind the monitors. This stand is exactly what I needed for my home office and I would recommend it to anyone. My monitors are safe and secure and I have gained much of my desk back, due to Ergotech's engineering. The warranty is solid, and you can actually buy additional parts and turn this stand into a six monitor setup! Other considerations: I would recommend getting some sticky rubber feet to put underneath the monitor base, in order to keep it from sliding around on a slick surface. It's heavy and won't move on it's own, but you can easily slide it around on a smooth surface, with little effort. On another note, I called Ergotech to ask questions prior to purchasing this stand, and they were more than helpful/responsive. Overall, for the price and build quality, this stand tops the rest.

Free up some desk space!
I read MANY MANY reviews on this before deciding to buy it. It's not cheap. There are way more cheaper alternatives to this but I was concerned with quality and I didn't feel like having something break thus breaking all the monitors. This is my first triple monitor stand. I actually bought it for my wife's home office. She was fine with with her dual monitor setup but when I added another monitor to her mix there was a loss of desk space and it felt really cramped. Overall I will note the following. This seems to be an extremely stout base/pole. I can't image this breaking honestly. It's very heavy steel for the base plate. It WILL scratch your desk.. Why the manufacture did not include a pad/felt feet/neoprene base plate shape that you could put it down is silly to me considering the price. I used a towel under the base as I was moving stuff around. It was quite quick to assemble everything. MAYBE 10 minutes and that's including screwing the mounts onto the back of the monitors. They hardest part there after was setting the angles and height and also closing the gaps. I probably spent 2 hours fiddling with adjustments so that there weren't any gaps or the bezels of the monitors weren't weird. Her setup is two Dell 27" monitors. One as the main and the other to the left. Then there is a Dell 24" on the right side. My OCD kills me when I look at it because I want all 3 three monitors to match but she's completely fine with it. It doesn't look bad but I feel like it could look better if they all matched. ZERO issues with this mount holding all three monitors. The angling of the monitors upwards is a pain since they are so tight... and there's really no easy way to angle it up. Because of the quick rack/lock system you can easily angle the monitor down but when you lift it up, it lifts up until it catches the edge then it angles, so you are lifting the monitor off the rail until it engages the angle... that's sort of stupid honestly. Directions were short and to the point. Nothing great. There is a small half round object with double sided tape that the directions mention zero information about. So I still have yet to understand what that piece is? Overall I really like this 100 series triple monitor mount. I like it so much that I am purchasing the 3+1 monitor setup from Ergotech but I am getting the 130 series since it's a much improved design over this 100 series. Much better arm design and base design. Since I don't move monitors much once they are placed, this is a nice setup. You WILL free up a ton of desk space, but keep in mind if you are looking for that perfect fit, you are going to spend some time tweaking things... left/right - up/down - angle in/out...etc. Because as you adjust one something else slightly gets moved. It's ok, the finished look is splendid! I will note that Ergotech should include more wire management clips. They give you one for the center pole. You should get two and they should snap on firmer than what they currently do. They also give you two arm cable management clips. There should be at LEAST 4, one for each arm. Two is simply not enough. I had to use some zip ties so that you don't see anything hanging from the bottom of the monitors. For as cheap as the clips are they should have no problem supplying more to customers for a more professional and tidy look. TLDR: *Pros: -Frees up desk space. -Professional look. -Very sturdy base, nothing is falling over. *Cons: -Baseplate SHOULD have something under it. It WILL scratch your desk. -Adjustments could be better and you will spend time getting everything dialed in. -Lack of cable management clips. -If you bump the desk the monitors will "shake/move". If in a high traffic area I could see this getting annoying very fast. -You might need to buy longer monitor/usb cables depending on where computer is located. -Base plate is HUGE, but it's so low profile you can put pretty much anything over it and it disappears. A fantastic investment in your computing environment.
This monitor stand is solid, sturdy, and screams quality. Every component feels like it fell off a tractor – and I mean that in the most complimentary way possible. Yes, it’s fairly expensive, but as the adage goes, “expensive is only expensive once. Cheap is expensive time and time again.” I can’t imagine ever needing to replace this beast. I’m using the stand with three identical 23.8” monitors. This is my first foray into multiple monitors and I’m loving it. I do a lot of writing and research across multiple sources and being able to spread everything out and have it all visible at once has absolutely increased my productivity a bit and increased my enjoyment a lot. And gaming – oh the glorious immersive gaming! Playing Skyrim or Arkham Knight spread across three monitors at a 5760x1080 resolution is an awesome experience. As other reviewers have noted, it does take a while to get everything set up properly, particularly if you’re particular about getting things right. I’m a bit of an ergonomic freak and literally used an angle rule to ensure that the two flanking monitors were set at the same angle to the center monitor; it took about an hour to get everything to my liking. Then I wanted to raise the height of the entire setup, which necessitated another hour of tweaking (it’s more or less impossible to raise the height of the entire setup without first removing all the monitors; see my solitary complaint below). So be prepared to invest some time into the initial setup; but once it’s right, it’s right forever. Or at least until you move. The telescoping wings provide quite a bit of flexibility in how to situate the monitors: the flatter your three monitors sit, the less you’ll need to extend the wings and vice versa. In order to provide an immersive experience, I’ve got the entire setup pulled in fairly close and my flanking monitors angled in a fair bit (35° from flat if anyone is interested (like I said, angle rule)). In order to make this fairly sharp angle, I’ve got the wings extended out about 2/3 of the way. The extra bit of extension also gives me some room to grow – though I can’t imagine wanting anything bigger. As is it, the flanking monitors take up every arc second of my peripheral vision. The height adjustment of the wing mounting points allows one to perfectly align the flanking monitors, a particularly nice feature if you’re using different sized monitors (though I’d definitely recommend making them all the same). The flat base the monitor column attaches to is a monster, but it would have to be to support everything this stand is specced for. Because it’s flat I can easily put things on it (usb hubs, etc.), so I don’t really feel like I’ve lost any desk real estate. My only complaint, if it can be called that, is the difficulty in raising the height of the entire setup. The whole shebang is attached to the center column by a locking collar. Unlike the wing mounts which can be adjusted a short amount by turning a knob, the only way to adjust the center monitor’s height (and accordingly, all the monitors’ height), is to remove the monitors from the arms so there’s no weight hanging on them, unlock the collar, slide the collar up or down (not a particularly easy task), relock the collar, rehang the monitors, and spend time getting the flanking monitors’ angles back where you want them, since they invariably got shifted at some point in the process. A geared column with a hand crank (similar to how a drill press table operates) would be fantastic, but would undoubtedly add substantially to the stand’s cost. Still and all, a solid five-star investment in your computing environment.

Bad Quality Control
I was really excited for this product. Unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. The quality control on this thing is terrible. The first and most obvious issue is that the arm that holds the monitors is not straight/level. It pretty severely tilts to the left side, and there is no adjustment to fix this. I attached photos showing that the desk it's on is level, and even the stand base/arm is level. It's just the arm that holds the monitors that's the issue. There is almost an inch difference in the left and right side. Now, you might think that you could just use the mount piece on the left to adjust it higher, and the mount adjustment piece on the right to adjust it lower. Unfortunately one of the mount pieces is also messed up though! Attached an image showing where a washer thing is missing from one mount. Without it, the monitor will not adjust up and down. Even if this piece did work and I could adjust the left and right monitors, it still leaves the issue that the center monitor has no way to adjust and is not level. The product does claim to have a lifetime warranty and there is a paper asking you to contact them with issues instead of returning. If there was only one issue, I would do so. However with there being two different quality issues, I do not have faith in it and am just returning.

Very well built and frees up horizontal desk space
This stand is very well built and surprisingly heavy. The base minimally disrupts horizontal space on the desk. In my case, the laptop and docking station fit perfectly on the horizontal base so I lose almost no useable desktop area because of the base. Not having the three individual bases for my monitors any longer means I ended up gaining a significant amount of usable desk are. There were comments about difficulty making adjustments. I did have to take the end monitors on and off the stand several times before I got the wing length right, but the quick releases made the monitors easy to remove. The vertical adjusters for the end monitors really helped get things lined up properly. If I were to have one wish for the stand is that I wish the distance from the very back of the stand to the back of the center monitor was shorter. If the stand is pressed against the wall, the distance from wall to back of the center monitor is 7.5", which is quite a lot. Since this stand is designed for much heavier monitors than my three 23" LED monitors, I'm not sure how reducing this distance could be accomplished while still maintaining the center monitor pivot and necessary strength, but I'd love to get my monitors back further on my desk, which is against a wall. Once everything was really close to lined up and level I took a strip of wide clear packing tape to the back side of the joint between each monitor. I then used long strips of 1" wide black electrical tape over the packing tape. This does two primary things: 1) it blocks light coming through the cracks between monitors; and 2) it makes the monitors behave as one unit allowing me to get a perfect level across the monitors by adjusting the vertical adjusters at the ends. Since my monitors are black already, the electrical tape blends right in and since the back of the monitors are against a wall nobody sees/notices the tape anyways. I've done this before to join multiple monitors and what I learned from trial and error is that the clear packing tape (wide weatherization tape works better) is needed because it doesn't stretch and it sticks better for the long run. The problem being the packing tape doesn't block light coming through the cracks between monitors. The trick with the electrical tape is to cut it a little longer than you think you'll need and then to allow it to "relax" for a minute or two because it is always stretched a little when pulled off the roll. If the electrical tape isn't allowed to relax before using, it will tend to curl/peal off the packing tape/monitors.

Well built but needs just a couple improvements.
This stand is really heavy and seems to be well built. Unfortunately I was not able to make it work with my setup for a couple of reasons. 1. With three identical monitors the stand would lean to the right. 2. No matter how tight I tried to make it the center monitor mount would "droop" and not hold the angle I wanted. I did contact the manufacturer and they suggested I make it tighter and maybe try using another allen key in place of the one that was supplied. I tried tightening it with a 5mm allen bit in a 3/8" drive ratchet. I made it as tight as I possibly could stopping just short of where I felt I would do some damage, but no matter - it just would not hold the vertical angle. The stand itself is extremely heavy and seems to be well built. I was attempting to mount three Asus VW266H monitors (25.5", about 17lbs each) and at no point did I feel like the stand was overloaded - that center mount just wouldn't hold the angle - I think they should machine some teeth into the mechanism so there is something engaging instead of just a friction fit. Also, my desk is perfectly level so it's a mystery as to why the stand was leaning to the right with three identical monitors on it. The receiver base may not have been perfectly welded to the flat stock - seems unlikely, but I didn't investigate too much once I realized I wasn't going to be able to get that center monitor to stay in place. If you are using smaller, lighter monitors it might be ok, it does seem to have a lot of good reviews. Disappointed that it didn't work out for me - glad to have Amazon prime so return was painless.

Only Ergotech. Never not Ergotech. Ergotech forever.
EDIT: Ergotech is the best. I recently moved (again) and had an issue with the main brace screw becoming stripped. I looked around for a replacement and couldn't find anything separately available on their site. They sent me a new retaining bolt no charge and no hassle. Ergotech also sells individual parts to customize your setup. I ordered a new taller main bar and an additional clip to support a 3+1 on top monitor setup, and it's been working great! If you're using these for gaming, you need the telescoping wings if you're going to use 24"+ monitors to achieve that "surround" angle. The base is as mentioned many times, massive. 18" wide, 16" deep. You can pop your keyboard on top of the edges if you want, it's not to thick to do that. I had to do that for a time until I got a new larger desk. It wasn't uncomfortable by any means. I recently had to move the entire stand to a new place, and I love the silver release buttons on the clips. Pull the silver button up, and the monitor can lift right off. It also makes a satisfying click when you place the monitor on the arms so you know you've got it right. The thing is solid, easy to assemble, and heavy. Each mount is adjustable with a little effort as far as tilt, orientation (so you could even do portrait view if you wanted to) and individual height using a nifty little knob on the top. It seems like a lot of money to have the stands, but it frees up a ton of desk space even with the massive base. Not to mention it makes your computer space look very nice.

Spitzen Halterung
Klare Kaufempfehlung !

Must have for any Triple Monitor Setup!
I'm only using 3 X 24" monitors on this but I love the stand it's absolutely perfect in terms what I was looking for, adjustable in every aspect, extremely sturdy and has a great base mount! Installation is super easy and everything is detailed very clearly, Must have if you're going for your own triple monitor setup.

Amazing Product
Now I wont beat around the bush. This thing is super expensive but when I have 3 27 inch 1440p 144hz monitors its worth the price. If you're willing to drop $1500+ on monitors why not go all out and get the best triple arm stand on Amazon. Super easy to assemble and the thing is solid as a rock. I have no fears about this thing tilting over. 10/10 build quality 10/10 looks 7/10 price
