Does this solution work with the contour next ez?

This is the same Control Solution that comes with the Contour Next EZ when you get the kit, So yes it will work. There are 2 major Tester's, The Contour & The Contour Next Series. The Contour Tester takes a Level 1 Control Solution. The Contour Next Series all take the Contour Next Control Solution Level 2. How ever there are some of the older model Contour testers still around just make sure the name on the meter or tester matches the control solution found on the Label of the Control Solution.

What is glucose level in the contour level 2 control- why is this not on the bottle???????

If you check your test strip bottle it should show what the range should be for both the level 1 and the level 2 EX. my bottle of Countour Next strips says level 1: 37-46mg/dl and level 2: 109-135 mg/dl rigt below the experiation date

Can you use this with the 7097C test strips? I have the 9545C meter Contour

what is the expiration date? Thanks.

I ordered mine on may 12, and that particular lot is marked with an expiration of December 2013. It is NOT marked with a manufacture date though. I conjecture it has an expiration of 1 year.I don't think you get any choice in how much time you have left - it's on their shelves and it's safest to assume they pull it in the order they stock it.
