I started taking this about 3 weeks ago. I take one per day with a range of other supplements, then I stopped taking it for a couple of days and I definitely noticed the difference. This is a great complex and I feel it really helps my focus and all round mood. I take it with ashwagandha and it’s a great combo.

Whilst taking this supplement I have been completing daily workouts which are different to what I usually do. I feel this product has made a difference to my muscle recovery as I'm managing to do the hit workouts without being sore each day which is fab!! I havent really noticed having more daily energy but this may come after more time as only taking these for 10/12 days now. Feel really well so hopefully getting a good boost to the immune system as well. Worth trying.

LLS Mushroom Complex is perfect not only for this time of year but also with everything else that is going on in the world to help boost your immune system!! I have been taking this product now for at least 6 months. I suffer from acute insomnia but also lead a very active life and need to look after my immune system so I don’t become run down. This product falls in line with my other supplements that helps to support my mind and body to enable me to train almost as well as I did in my 20’s. Age is just a number or so they say!

For: I challenge you to find a more superior Mushroom Complex Supplement in Capsule form. I love that just 2 capsules provide 1g extract, equivalent to 7g in raw form. Good choice of ingredients, and as you would expect from with LLS the product is clean without any fillers or anti caking agents. This is a product I will be taking for the foreseeable, as will my wife. Neutral: What I’d love to see is this product in powder form so that I can add even higher amounts of mushrooms to my morning cup of coffee for days that I really want to enhance my performance. Against: When it comes to reviewing supplements, in the pursuit of supplement companies improving their products, I'm quite critical, Mushroom Complex by LLS however has got this just right, good work.

Well to be honest I'm on 3 rd week and I'm feeling like tired and like I'm in drugs .only thing I find with these us it's making me sleepy even during the day .I have sore bones as well tbh I don't think it's doing much good . wondering why otbers are giving it good rating mibbe I need more time whi knows

Ordered these to help boost the old immune system (not sure if you heard but there is this thing called Covid19 at the moment). I am about two weeks into taking them daily. So far so grand. I feel good, not exactly waking up jumping out of bed and running a marathon good but more positive and ready for the day. All in a good find for the price and will buy more when I run out.
