Excellent support on Linux.
I've gone through 3-4 different usb-c docks in an attempt to find something that consistently works with my hardware setup and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. This dock seems to be the best value for what it is. It's well-supported on Fedora 42, all the components work, everything I plug into the usb ports behaves normally. I also like that it comes with its own power brick. The way I see it, if you're using a docking station with your laptop, it defeats the purpose if you have to crawl under your desk and unplug the power supply every time you undock it. In all, an excellent hub that solved multiple problems for me. Highly recommended.

Excellent docking station
A great value for the money. Well-made with a solid feel. Works flawlessly with an HP laptop and a 4k monitor. Windows has drivers for it and installs them automatically, but I also installed the one from Lenovo just in case. USB-C connection also charges the laptop, so now it is the only one cable connected to the laptop.

Gets the job done
Sure it is expensive, and has some issues with display not showing up (fixed by updating firmware and plugging out/in the laptop USBC cable). But apart from that it works pretty good with all the devices i have connected so far. My 32 inch 2560x1440 LG monitor works like a charm at 144hz using displayport.
