Good Quality, Easy to Use, Would Buy Again
I bought these expansion bolts to install two hose reels on the outside of my home. I also has to buy masonry bits to drill into the brick and mortar. I had never used these types of sleeve anchors before, but they worked great. Super secure mount. Happy with my purchase and would buy again.

specs as advertised
These anchors worked exactly as advertised. We will see if it is truly stainless steel material, I have them mounted outside.

Worked well after some tweaking.
I bought these mainly because I needed stainless steel material to mount my railing posts on my front exterior steps. They were a bit tricky to make work because they just spin inside your drilled holes when you try to tighten them down. Most other anchors have some raised "bumps" or extruded edges to grip inside of the drilled hole, but these are as smooth as can be. I had to pretighten them using vice grips to hold the bottom so the flared tabs would bend out. Then you untighten them, put them back in the holes and tighten really fast for them to catch and work. Once that was done they gripped great in my brick steps and my posts are completely solid.
