Effective, Natural, and Safe
It's not a miracle, instantaneous cure (nothing really is) but it is effective, natural, and safe with zero side effects.. I've found it works best taking one about 25 minutes before a spicy meal and another immediately at the very first hint of any discomfort. Taste is not offensive or off-putting in any way. It's a bit pricey but worth the fare. I've used it successfully for several years with no complaints and have repurchased often.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Gaia is a very reputable company and located here in the USA. Reflux Relief is my go to on days when either the heartburn or hiatal hernia are severely acting up. Usually within 20 minutes the pain is gone. Tablets are easy to chew and taste fine. Great organic product with natural things that help like marshmallow root and chamomile. A bit pricey, but it works and is organic too.

This new formula taste awful.
Gaia’s old formula was 100% better and extremely effective. Unfortunately, the one that is available now they’re new formula is awful tasting and not as effective. What a shame that they replaced the old formula I truly hope they bring it back. It used to work wonders. I would definitely not recommend the new current formula to anyone find something else.

Not quite what I was hoping for.
This seems to be more of a rescue product. I took them with the expectation of being able to discontinue use of a daily PPI. It did buffer my reflux, but I found myself having to take 2 or three a day and several OTC antacids throughout the day as well to avoid the reflux side effects. I’ve used them roughly 2 weeks hoping better results. Not sure I’ll reorder based on initial results and the risks that go along with uncontrolled reflux.

Formula Changed…the taste is different and not in a good way.
They changed the packaging and also the formula it tastes absolutely horrible now. Almost spicy in a sense, like peppermint ? All I know is that if I am having reflux why would I want something almost spicy as the remedy, makes no sense. Incredibly frustrating as this is the only thing that really helped my bouts with reflux.The previous version was more chalky and mellow and the only remedy I can take in order to avoid not having to take PPIs and Famotidine. PLEASE GAIA BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULATION!
