Folkmanis, Finger Puppet Mini Roly Poly

TLDR: tiny bit expensive for such a small puppet, but totally worth it if you have the money to spare! My dad got this for me as a very late birthday present- and OMG it’s adorable!! It’s surprisingly well made for cheap felt material! Probably not the most long lasting of finger puppets especially if you’re buying for a child, and it’s a tad expensive for such a small thing- But for anyone who has the couple extra bucks to spare, IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!! I’m planning to buy the goldfish and preying mantis ones too! (Not sure if they’re by the same seller, but I believe so as they look the same style and we’re in the recommended section) Pros: * very cute * soft & pretty safe for kids (no sharp edges, stuff like that) * teaches kids to appreciate and not fear bugs & critters like rollypollys * like, incredibly cute * not outrageously expensive * did I mention it’s adorable?! * perfect fit on your finger * could very well be a plushy too, if you aren’t looking close * will probably last a while * again, super duper cute! Cons: * slightly more expensive then I think it should be * probably have to be careful when washing * won’t last as long as it could if it’s was made better, it’s just felt. * eyes are a bit bug eyed, and not as cute as they could be (but still pretty dang cute) * might scare or weird out guests if they’re afraid of insects and you have this thing lying around (could also be considered a pro though if you’re like me haha) Overall, I LOVE IT! Please buy this over like a lion or a dog or whatever! Or at least in addition to “normal” animals! It’s SO worth it!!

Adorable! Soft. Inquire. Small but not tiny.

Need I say more? These truly are just the cutest, plus they are well made and definitely a conversation starter. It came well packaged and had lightning-fast shipping. I ordered it last minute for my daughter's birthday and worried that it may not get here on time but, it showed up early the very next day. She was thrilled with this gift and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in this particular item!

Love this and gave it with a cute rolly polly book. My kiddo loves bugs and this is a great toy for him to play with. Looks just like this pictures and is easy to use.

Kids at my nature table love this! I may add velcro or a hook-and-eye combo so that is can stay in the rolled-up position if desired. I like to demonstrate how it protects its soft belly and legs - as kids have seen in their own yards! Nice to have a somewhat realistic toy that demonstrates how fun nature can be! I just have to make sure to get it back, after it ended up in a boy's backpack...

Adorable, my little nephew is fascinated by bugs and Rollie pollie bugs are one of his favourite so when I saw this I knew he'd love it! I love the detail and it tiny legs! Very cute.

Another fantastic puppet from the fine folks at Folkmanis. Very well made and still study enough to play rough with, it was just so unique I had to get one to add to my collection, even though I have way too many of these puppets now. Maybe I can start selling tickets because my house feels like I live in a zoo at this point. Highly recommended. Bonus play - trying to get friends and family to guess what it is. Also doubles as a enjoyable cat toy.
