Very Good product but pump quality is not so good.

My ankle was spraining very easily while playing football. I started balancing on this wobble bag on one leg, and now my ankles feel great. Haven’t been injured for a long time. Must buy for those who have joint or ligament issues. 🔥

Not very much good product but as per the price its ok ok type product. I think Amazone can do much more then this.

Bought it (at Rs. 599/-) for balancing exercise to address the imbalances I had aquired in my legs because of regular road running. Being an amazon basics item I was not expecting it to be very sturdy and hoped for it to last a few months till the imbalances very addressed. But to my surprise, the item has held up really well despite me exercing on it almost every day. I mostly do single leg balacing and the cushion has provided excellent support. My weight is around 70 Kgs. The only con I have observed till date is that, when you inflate it a little extra, the cushion develops a deep crease and it seems to be revealing some sort of poor material used in making it. I would still recommend to go for it.

At Rs. 649 it's a steal. Mine just arrived today. It looks & feels simple & elegant. Very well packed. Includes workout manual & pump & comes inflated perfectly. I've only this out as a butt seat, because I develop butt, leg, and back pain if I sit for long periods of time which I need to do unfortunately. I think this is supposed to help with the core? I'm not sure. I don't have the agonizing pain I normally get from sitting for long periods of time, but because there is more pressure applied to my butt, there is some numbing going on? Maybe this is something I have to acclimate to, or maybe I'm not supposed to sit on it for hours. Either way, it has held up for the whole day with my 180 lbs sitting on it and it hasn't deflated, so for me that works. I also don't have lower back pain today, so maybe this helped, it's hard to say. Also, I got this from Amazon Warehouse and it was already partially inflated...so um thanks whoever sent it back to Amazon! Most of the work was done for me.

Having some back issues, and was seriously considering getting an office ball chair. One of my health care providers suggested this, I'd never heard of such a thing. Totally on point! Engage my core, and by simply shifting weight stretch out my muscles while keeping my office chair, and a pittance of the price of a ball chair. Had my husband give it a test and he said, "get me one!" Very well made and easy to use.

Perfect for my needs. Following a six week exercise class, one item I missed was the balance board - this is easy to use, tucks away neatly, I now use it daily. It’s helped me build up leg muscles which have become stronger on one side than the other. Also it helps improve my balancing skills and confidence. I’ve also used it on a couple of occasions to sit on, when working at home. It stops me from sitting still. A great purchase.
