It comes assembled and cannot be taken apart, which makes it studier than ones I've used that dismantle.

where is it manufactured?

Most likely China where all corporate American products come from.... if it was made in the USA, then the parts are made in another country otherwise the profit margins would not be significant enough. The American dream which I call a nightmare.

Is the single wheel roller harder than double wheels?

Probably. With two wheels, balancing is not a big part of the equation, but one wheel adds that aspect.

What is the maximum weight limit for this product?

I think it's 300. I'm 245 and it works great for me. It's a really great product
