Does this screwdriver come with calibration documentation?

Yes, this torque screwdriver come with certificate of calibration.

Is 10lb the max torque? That is not much torque is it?

This tool intended for precision moldings, example instrument cases, that need to seal without distortion; I use for a respirable dust sampling pump where the case is the pump body; too much torque and it leaks. Higher torque tools available are aimed at machined or high stress applications .

Does this come with a case to protect the screwdriver from bumps and etc?

Yes the driver comes in it's own thick container padded and preventing it from freely moving/rattling.
