Yinleader 110V to 220V Voltage Converter Transformer 2000W Step Up/Down 110/120 Volt - 220/240 Volt Converter

We purchased two of them - one 2000W and another 3000W converter. They were easy to use and worked as expected. However, the 2000W version stopped working after 3+ months. Update: customer service proactively reached out after my initial review and offered to send me a 3000W replacement for the 2000W one that broke.

The product worked well but has only lasted 4 months of use. It is now not providing power in the outlets but is receiving power properly. Disappointed. Edit: changed this to five star as the supplier immediately engaged, identifying that a larger inverter was required and provided it to me for free. Great customer service.

This item stopped working after 1 month and became completely broken . I tried reseting there is no output anymore I don’t recommend. I will try to ask for repair but I couldn’t find a way yet.

Robust looking device unfortunately not reliable. We use it to run a single device namely a 220v / 1260 W coffee machine but sadly regularly don’t have power from the Yinleader transformer. Green light comes on but no power. Pressing the circuit breaker button on the back of the device doesn’t solve the issue. However, miraculously, a couple days later it may be working again.

Works well, but the plugs fall out very easily and I am trying to find a solution.

Worked for 2 years perfectly, then the switch between 110/220 started to give issues and blew the fuse on the coffee machine. Now it’s hit and miss if it works.

I use it for a Dyson hairdryer I brought from Europe, works absolutely fine. The transformer is somewhat heavy, but surprisingly portable with a handle on top.

I purchased this voltage converter to use exclusively with my Dyson hair dryer. Unfortunately, after only two months of use, the device’s body became dented and it stopped working altogether. We only used it for our Dyson, and despite following all the instructions, the product failed to perform as expected. Additionally, the fuses did not work and could not protect the device. It’s disappointing, especially considering we relied on it for such a short period of time. I would not recommend this converter for high-end devices like Dyson.
