It’s a Danish pastry, wrapped up in a pie!!!
I bought this as a gift for my sister (who isn’t easy to shop for!). She gave me the following comments: it’s like a Danish pastry, wrapped in a pie! They’re geniuses!!!! And: the only bad thing is it isn’t big enough! My sister isn’t given to snacking, nor are her husband and daughter, but the Kringle is just about gone (at least it was last night!) and I suspect the seven sisters cake is headed for a hasty demise, as well! The shipping was fast, and customer service is considerate and accurate... really, what more could you ask for (except maybe larger product)?? And as far as that goes, it’s a nice, hefty product!

Not worth it!
I was so looking forward to the seven sisters almond custard danish! It arrived w/ the seal not intact and the custard at room temp was very Rubbery,it actually snapped when pulled w/ fork. Being a good Home baker I was utterly confused as to why.I also ordered the pecan but have yet to open,crossing fingers. Would not spend the money ever again! Buy the almond Kringle at Trader Joe’s & know you can return if ever needed & spend 1/2 as much.
