Product worked exactly as advertised. I had my well water independently tested by a plumbing service and their results with a professional kit were the same as what I saw with the test strips. The bacteria test was easy and accurate also. Make sure you're following the instructions exactly as written for best results. Worth the money to do tests every few months so I know what's going on with my drinking water!

Test strips were inaccurate for Manganese. Our city water is high in manganese and they recommend home filtration for drinking water until our city's new water treatment plant is operating. We used this kit's test strips to see if our current fridge filter is filtering out the manganese or if we need to buy a different filter that specifically states it removes manganese. We tried the test strips, two for the fridge filter(hard water), one for the kitchen sink(softened water), and one from our outside spicket(no filter hard water). All results showed 0 ppm of manganese. We were skeptical so we brought a water sample from our fridge filter to a local water testing lab. Their results came back 0.383 ppm for manganese. The test strips should have picked that level up from the fridge and outside spicket(hard water) samples. Makes one question how accurate the other results on the strips are. We returned the kit for a refund.

For that, lab testing is a better choice.
