Will this work for Molex mini fit jr. 26g?

no... the mini-fit jr terminals are designed for 18 awg wire which means that the terminal itself is bigger to handle the larger wire. These crimpers are only good down to 20awg terminals.

Can the Built-in contact positioner be removed?

If you mean the crimping dies, they are removable but no optional dies are available. You receive standard 15A, 30A and 45A dies.
