These are Seriously DELICIOUS Noodles!
Having previously tried Maruchan Instant Lunch Ramen noodles, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I followed the cooking instructions and after removing the seasoning packet, filled the container with water to the indicated line. After microwaving the noodles for five minutes, I waited for one minute prior to mixing in the seasoning. Pictured above left are the noodles. They were large, tender, and DELICIOUS! I was impressed to see bits of vegetables mixed in. The next time I tried this, I added in some beef that I stir fried with onions, carrots, and Chinese cabbage. After mixing in the stir fried beef with vegetables, I got the dish pictured top right. It was AWESOME! This tasted just like a savory lo mein dish. It's much much better than the Maruchan Instant Lunch Ramen noodles which tasted like instant noodles. This savory dish tasted like the noodles from a Chinese restaurant. I would recommend only eating these noodles freshly made. After the initial success of adding in the stir fry, I made a big batch that used 3 containers of pasta. I wanted leftovers to take to work for lunch. Sadly the leftovers were not quite as good as the fresh made batch because they were slightly mushy when I ate them the next day.

switching to these was like going to a gourmet meal in flavor and quality
I was old school, doing my little plastic encased bricks of Ramen noodles since I was a child, switching to these was like going to a gourmet meal in flavor and quality. Very impressive, I love how they come in their own container and that beautiful sweet teriyaki sauce is sublime. I am buying these under $10 dollars a case and love them at work, I enjoy two packs at work - I space them out every 4 hours since I work 12 hour shifts. All the other guys go out and buy $20 pizzas and I spent less than $2.00 and I am full as they are, not to mention these smell AMAZING when you heat them up in the microwave! I am buying a case at a time on Amazon for $9 something.....try them once if this applies to you!

4 stars but get rid of the questionable "meat" bits and they'd be 5 stars.
I like these noodles very much ! They taste pretty good, they are cheap, even at the 50% increase from grocery store prices, and easy to fix. They are not, imo, 5 star but would get a 5th star if they'd get rid of the questionable "meat" bits. Fortunately, there is very little of that included in the meal. I feel the noodles are a little under-cooked following the directions but it could be due to my underrated nuker as well ! I seem to have somewhat solved that issue by starting with a few tablespoons more water and letting it stand a in the nuker for few minutes, 3 - 5 rather than the recommended 1 minute. You have to let it cool for that long before you can eat it anyway so it's not a big deal. I have to drive 20 miles to go to the grocery store & these things sell out fast so there is no guarantee they'll have them when I get there so it's well worth the extra pennies to always have them on hand. My only regret is that I didnt keep them on my subscription list when they were less than 10 bucks...

Do your tastebuds a favor and buy these. Head to toe above any other style.
These are sooo good. Better than Raman and I can't stand cup o noodle. I got these for me but my adult daughter also got into them. Every once in a while I put a little too much water in the container and it's a bit watered down, but give it a little more time to cool down and you would never know it. The noodles just absorbs the water. I do say that you want to add the season package pretty close to when you take the container out of the microwave. And at least start with mixing the season with the noodles. It makes it easier for the full mixing and flavor of the overall meal. Don't think you're going to get a great big Chinese order portion of the serving. These are not the full size of a package of Raman. The Raman container says it's 2 portions. These are a single serving size. These taste tons better than just the Raman noodles. The flavor package is not a powder but a liquid. I know I will order these over and over. They are super good and hard to eat just 1. The temptation to make a couple of them to eat is hard for me, but I've learned to take my time and let the food sit in my stomach a while and I'm back in control of my tastebuds. I've only had this flavor but am curious about the chicken flavor.

Quick Good Comfort Energy Snack!
I love these noodles! They are my go to comfort food for those crazy days when you need some warm carb energy fast! Living with Chrohns disease requires, at least for me that I use easily digested food and these start dissolving in my mouth. I love the flavor gravy packet. The powder kind hurts my tummy. Don’t expect a large amount of veggies, really just enough for flavor. By the way, these are chow mein noodles, not small and curly like the small ramen. Tip: add a little low sodium soy sauce to the noodle water before you cook. It makes the flavor of the noodles hearty!

So substantive! Great buy!
I love nissin ramen products! After finding out I couldn't get a good deal on my favorite flavor (SPICY Teriyaki Beef Flavor) I settled on buying this one and enjoyed every last box of it. The sauce is hearty (personally I like to dump the oil down the drain because it's entirely unnecessary in my opinion) and the noodles are perfectly textured and flavored. You will have to mess around with the amount of water and length of microwaving because too much water and leaving it in too long can lead to a soggy, disappointing experience. I can't recommend these more highly, if you're looking for great noodles, this is your buy (as long as the price is reasonable!)

Best meal ever
some how the order got lost in transit but eventually it arrived and it was worth it. I am handicapped and do most my shopping Amazon so I buy a lot of meals I can cook easily at home mostly in microwave and I would say that the Nissin Beef Chow Mein is the tastiest I have ever had and I buy meals like this often, plus there was some delay in the delivery and the company straightened it out quickly.

Ramen with a Chow Mein twist
That’s basically what this is. They’re ramen noodles with a sauce packet for flavor. Overall it tastes good and by itself I would say it’s a 3 star meal. If you add your own stuff to it like vegetables or meat you can turn it into a 4 star meal. There’s a small pile of dehydrated, shredded vegetables (looks like onions and carrots) underneath the block of noodles. The sauce tastes good, it’s a syrup mixed with vegetable oil and tastes like typical Chinese sweet and salty food with a slight tendency towards sweet. It tastes…kind of like…a mix of soy sauce and maple syrup and it smells like maple syrup after it’s been heated up. I make it by putting some frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) on top the noodle block, fill it with water a little below the fill line, push the paper cover down to the top of the plastic container and heat it (on high) for 5 1/2 to 6 mins. Let it sit for a minute, pour the sauce over it and stir it up. The instructions say to fill it (with water) to the fill line, that makes it soupy so I fill it to about 1/16” below the fill line or a bit lower and that makes it about right. I made one of these Chow Mein and mixed it with some leftover Panda food from a couple of days earlier and it made a huge meal. Also, it’s cheap (at the time I’m writing this) and it’s made in China. So I’ll give it 3 stars for an “as is” meal but it can be improved by adding your own stuff to it.
