Very easy to put together and it worked great!

I do wish it was fully integrated, but the switch is separate, I suppose so the On/Off can be switched to the logical way on whatever you plug in. Annoying to have to double wire it up, but not a big deal. after setting it up I shrink wrapped all the wiring from the plug to the switch, so I have no worried about connections getting bumped. Works just fine in the 2 builds I used them for, the fuses are a nice touch. I think the lower Amp rating is due to really sketchy connections, so use some solder to connect and you'll push 10A without an issue, the spade connectors wiggle too much for starters I squeezed them so they fit snugger, then I soldered the connections as well, I think that loose connection is causing some people heat issues.

Disappointed. Mfg. claims 10AC Amps however, the "brads" used to keep the Connector assembled are quite small! Enlarge the provided photo to see my concerns... NOTE THE "YELLOW BRADS" only, not the "white" added for emphasis. The 'plastic body' is lightweight too. Honestly "I" would not trust this connector to DELIVER 10 AC amps for any extended time. Sorry!

Good functional package with good value. For the LED, it's wired across the 2 more distant terminals of the switch. So normally you want the power input to the switch to use the 2 close terminals, and the output (going into the device) to use the 2 far terminals. That way the LED only sees power when the switch is turned on.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The product is flawless. The only think I could ask for is a mechanical drawing. How big should the cutout be? Where are the mounting holes?

Perfect in a pinch. Only reason for 4 Stars on Value is simply because it's basically being purchased retail. No instructions, BUT ... that's fine by me. If instructions are needed, it is probably not something that person should be playing with. Electrocution is bad, m'kayyyyyy? As for a instalation template, grab your calipers and measure it out, and cut the appropriate size rectangle on the project box or whatever. Again, if one needs more wiring instructions than what's offered here, they ought to learn more about electrical wiring. Not meaning to be a chump, but ... {cough} ... "c'mon, mannnn" ;-)
