Will this cover spider veins?

I tried it on the inside of my arm (on a vein) and it pretty much disappeared. It's worth a shot. It covers a lot of stuff. Be careful or you just might disappear.

Will this cover tattoos?

I believe it will rub off. It doesn't dry like a tattoo would need. ULTA carries tattoo covers that dry. Check them out.

Does it rub off on clothes or sheets?

MSAC will rub off, but not from a light/casual touch. It comes off readily with makeup cloths, baby wipes or a washcloth.
