Best coffee hands down. I get the French Roast. Have tried others. This is such a strong coffee. I love it.

This is my everyday coffee that I use in my espresso maker. The coffee flavor is excellent and I always have this on hand.

Nice bold flavor

Tried this on a recommended coffee to me while searching. Whole bean offering has a wonderful aroma when you open the bag every morning. Grinds well, little static with conical grind as the natural coffee bean oils remained through their roasting and production process. However, this isn’t always a mark of freshness, stale coffee can develop a rancid, acidic flavor while retaining a beautiful oily sheen. This was not the case, and every cup was consistent and flavorful. The only downside I would give for this coffee was the bag. Initially, I held the beans in the bag and rolled it closed with a spring clip on top. After I ground roughly a little more than half the bag, I did notice flavor change in the coffee and the beginning of higher acidity in the flavor profile. With a bag this size, this is not uncommon, in the future I will keep the unground beans in an airtight container before use.

Please make sure this coffee is Fresh. I have had more than 3 packages of this coffee that were not fresh at all.

Delicious coffee! Taste is an average dark roast, not extra dark.
