How long should I keep this toothpaste in my mouth when brushing ?

The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends brushing your teeth with fluoride toothpaste twice a day for two minutes each time to keep your teeth and mouth healthy. Our Colgate Optic White Sparkling Mint Toothpaste is a fluoride toothpaste and we would recommend following the recommendation set forth by the ADA!

Maybe this is a silly question, but is this toothpaste the color white? Needed for a cleanup job on furniture

We recommend using it for brushing your teeth. Cleaning furniture is something we never tested for, nor is it intended for that. Cleaning furniture is a non recommend use of this product.
