I love to drink a lot of herbal tea, and was frustrated by earlier teapots with hard-to-clean strainers. But this little spring-thingy coil that hooks into the spout makes the whole thing perfect. I've already found extra spout-strainers so I don't have to worry about losing the one that came with this. The pot is pretty, I can watch my tea brew, I pour boiling water into the kettle (I see that others say it can also go on a gas burner), and I love the 40 oz. size. Guessing it's probably fragile. I tend to shatter a glass teapot about once every two years, so I figure I can afford to re-buy when that happens.

This teapot is great, it is durable and very easy to clean. I like that I don’t have to worry about rust/limescale compared to metal stovetop tea kettles. I’ve used it almost daily for a year now and the product hasn’t changed. I have boiled water, milk and tea without any cosmetic issues. It stained a bit once I’m not sure why, I believe the flame might have been too high but I was able to remove the stains with “the pink stuff” and a “scrub daddy” sponge. I don’t leave the lid on while boiling on the stove, it’s not necessary. That process might have extended the bamboo lid’s life since it is still intact compared to other reviews. Also, some people are not removing the blue plastic film prior to use, it’s blue for a reason.

This is so cute!!! I haven't used it yet, but it's adorable. Perfect size for one cup of tea or whatever you use with hot water. I love that it has the built-in strainer for loose tea.

I would give it 5 stars, as it is very easy to handle, easy to pour tea, and clean. However, the lid did come apart and broke within 2 months of moderate use. I did write the seller, but have not received a response. I am sharing the picture here.

This is such an amazing tea teapot. We love it we also bought the candle that goes under it to keep the tea warm. We love drinking our tea and mixing all the different teas.

Worked great on the smallest burner just I under Med flame. Came to a boil & steeped tea, then let it cool a bit and refrigerated the remaining tea in the tea pot for a second cup later in the day.

It’s only been 6 months since I spent $30 for the kettle. It is now broken! Poor quality product. Such a shame!

It was a present for my mother in law and she said that this teapot is amazing. The glass is thick, easy to wash by hand. Perfect height for a flowering tea and great size for 4 people. It looks gorgeous with the teapot heater. I am really impressed and I want to buy it for me as well! Highly recommended

Good product.

Present for daughter. Drinks "chopped up " teas so perfect to stop lumps of lemon etc from escaping whilst still letting flavours seep in water. Looks stylish and helps her street cred at work! Got smallest size so ideal for her

I loved this glass teapot! My sister ended up taking it and is using it now, so I’ll be ordering another one soon for myself :D Beautiful and practical!
