The magic paste, which tastes so authentic
A very authentic tasting paste, easy to use, excellent quality, not super hot but lovely combination of flavours. So quick to cook nutritious meals, add vegetables, peppers, noodles, bean curd.or chicken,beef or prawns and done. I think these paste are terrific value for money.

Authentic base that you can customise to suit your own taste.
I have bought a number of tubs of this stuff over the years...in fact, I will always have one in my fridge and add it to all sorts. It really perks up a cheap pack of instant noodles...a couple of spring onions, a few chopped mushrooms and a heaped spoon of this paste and you're good to go! It has a really nice lemon grassy zing to it but is lacking in any real heat...if you like it spicy then you'll need to add your own chillies and it helps to add some fish sauce and some chopped coriander too. It seems to last in the fridge for several months; I've never had one go off. The paste is quite oily, and I keep trimming down the plastic bag it comes in, inside the tub, so I don't get the oil on my hands as I take out a spoonful. It is quite strong and too much will ruin a dish, but you soon learn what is about right. I have used it as a marinade for chicken and pork strips for stir frying and I am sure there are plenty of other uses that have not occurred to me yet. Definitely worth trying a tub; it gets five stars from me.

Authentic Thai flavours
Simply yummy. A proper Thai paste, concentrated, not a cooking sauce. A little goes a long way! Keep in the fridge.

Delicious Tom Yum Paste
This is a really delicious paste and is by far the best tasting brand (well for me anyway). However I have to agree with some of the other reviews - it’s a bit of a nightmare to contain once opened and find it kind of leaks everywhere. It’s fine if you are going to use a lot of it at once but if like me you use it for one soup at a time it gets a bit messy. A lot of lemongrass in this paste makes it deeeeelicous!!

Poor package
I’ve ordered this product before and the quality is great. However, the box was damaged at the delivery, so you should have think about the package.
