Product works great and the customer service is quick!
Instructions are easy to read and follow. The pad that I received with my initial delivery had a cut down the middle. I notified the company by e mail, they responded the day. A new pad was mailed and received by me in a few days. Great product, works with little effort and the customer service is fantastic!!

10k solution won't dissolve brass.
The solution in 14, 18 and 22k work fine. The 10k was a problem. I streaked 10k gold (marked) on the stone and brass streaks and inch away and the results were the same. The 14k solution dissolved both of them, as it should. The 10k solution should have dissolved the brass streaks.
