This isn’t just a wipe warmer for babies, wonderful for Adults too😍
This product is wonderful for warming baby wipes and/or wipes for adults. Leaves your bottom clean and fresh! Do not flush them, as a plumber friend informed us. They may say flushable and all seems well for a bit, but inevitably you will need the expertise of a plumber, which along with the plumber comes a costly repair.

Convenient for winters for babies!
I brought this for my newborn and as it is getting colder at north. This is very useful as babies hate wet and cold wipes. It’s been more than a month I have been using and I find it super helpful. Once you wet the base pad and add wipes to the warmer, turn it on, the warmer keeps it warm as long as it’s powered on. Just need to make sure the warmer and wipes are close enough to changing table so that when you take out wipe the stay warm for few seconds. For me the downfall is not the warmer itself but coldness in the air, from taking out the wipe to using it the warmness fades. So I make sure to keep close enough near to changing table. The wipes stays warm for baby use and moist all the time. You can carry with you for travel and can be convenient. Also the light does not matter to me but you know that your warmer is turned on or not. Handling is easy to open either button and close the top. Tip: start warming before 2 hours or so to keep the wipes warm. If there are less wipes then it can be more quick like an hour. Make sure to wet the base pad if you see it’s drying out. Overall helpful for warming cold wipes.

Four years and still going strong
I purchased two of these wipe warmers when my first grandchild was born four years ago - one for his home and one for mine since he stayed with me 3 days a week. They are both still going strong and we are now on grandbaby number two. The warmer does get hot on the bottom so I put a thin rubber hot pad under it on the bedside table to prevent it from burning the tabletop. The wipes stay warm throughout, from the bottom one to the top. Addressing some of the comments about the latch, I do have to make sure the wipe that's engaged in the slot (to come out next) is positioned so as not to be anywhere near the latch. (I pull it a little to the side.) Otherwise, the latch will not close. As far as keeping the wipes and pillow moist, not only do I rinse and wet the pillow every time I add new wipes, I also pour a 5 oz. Dixie cup of water in the bottom of the machine to keep the pillow saturated longer. I check the pillow once a week and add water as needed, on the same time schedule as I water the houseplants :-). When I run out of wipes, I take the pillow out and rinse it well, saturate it again, wipe out the inside of the warmer, and replace the pillow and then pour that little cup of water in, pretty much even with the top of the pillow. I replace the pillow every three months or so as directed. Occasionally the pillow will begin to dry out and discolor (if I get off schedule), but I've purchase in the last year the plastic pillow holder that keeps the pillow from touching the bottom of the warmer and that seems to have eliminated the drying/hardening/discoloring issue. I would recommend that little accessory. As I said, I've owned this warmer for four years and have gifted the product three times for baby showers. The only issue we are having is that the rubber slot where the wipes come out is drying out and curling a bit but I guess that's to be expected after four years of continuous heated use. We're getting close to potty training #2 so I expect I'll be retiring this product soon but I have had no complaints and I recommend it.

Unnecessary Creature Comfort
Not really worth it. You feel like you're doing your kid a solid, that you're being a great parent by thinking about your baby's comfort...REALISTICALLY, the warmth from the wipes dissipates within seconds of you pulling the wipe out; also in my experience, the dispenser doesn't keep a continuous flow of wipes; after you pull out the wipe using the dispenser slot, the next wipe doesn't come up. I've basically resorted to opening the lid (the part that enables you to set the wipes inside) and just grab from there. I give it 4 stars because IT DOES warm the wipes, but it's a novel convenience that isn't necessary really, especially since they cool quickly; not a failing on the device, just thermodynamics at play.

A Game Changer for Diaper Changes
This wipes warmer has been a total game changer, especially for nighttime diaper changes. The wipes stay perfectly warm and moist, which makes changes much more comfortable for my baby and helps prevent waking them up completely. The built-in night light is soft and very convenient in the dark, and the pop-up access makes grabbing wipes quick and easy with one hand. I also love that it keeps the wipes from drying out. Easy to use, well designed, and absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this to all parents—definitely a must-have baby essential!

Fire and safety hazard, doesn't leave wipes warm
Waste of money. Does it take the icy chill off a wipe at room temperature? Yes. But does it make the wipe warm? No. The wipes are still very cool, just not cold. Also the bottom of it is a fire hazard as it heats the table it's on more than it does the wipes, leaving a super hot surface underneath. My last straw with this was that the moisture sponge dried out and burnt itself, the warmer, and the wipes after only 3 days. The manual states to add more water to it after a week or when replacing wipes but it dried out and almost caught on fire after only 3 days. I only noticed because the wipes on top smelt god awful and burnt. This thing is a hazard and doesn't even do what it claims to. Not safe and a waste of money.

Doesn't get wipes very warm
Like a lot of first-time parents, I really thought I'd need this, but it wasn't very long before I stopped using it completely. It's large--I'd say a little bigger than a box of tissues--and I didn't have a convenient place to put it near my bed or the bassinet since I have a very small bedside table. It has two major problems. The first is that any part of the wipe sticking up through the dispensing hole does not get warm, so I would personally push the top wipe completely down into the hole to ensure the whole wipe got warm. That meant that when it was time to use it, I needed to dig my fingers into the hole to grab the wipe. That's not the way it's meant to be used, but I didn't like that basically more than half of the first wipe you pull would not have any warmth at all. The second major problem is that it basically barely warmed the wipes anyway. I'd pull out a fresh wipe and it already felt like it had been sitting out for a while. Wet wipes get cold fast, so the wipes would not be warm at all by the time they touched the baby. The thing just sits on my counter now, unplugged. I don't think I want to give it away because it doesn't work very well. If it was more convenient to place, I'd put it in my bathroom and give it another try with the adults, but it takes up too much counter space. It was inexpensive though.

Great for cold winter nights
We use this in combination with Pampers Sensitive Baby Wipes and the two combined do a great job. The unit does the job it was designed to do - keep the wipes warm. They aren't hot and you need to use them within a few seconds so the wipe does not get cold, but the easy to use top keeps 90% or so of the wipe in the heated compartment so you really just need to pull it out and use it. We have had it for about two months and remoisten the included pad/sponge every week. So far it shows no sign of browning. Great for cold winter nights Pampers Sensitive Baby Wipes - 9 x 63 Packs (Pack of 9) Pampers Baby Wipes Refill, Sensitive - 128/Pack
