For customs purposes, I need to know, where is this product manufactured?

No sure where it's manufactured but none of these products worked for me had to go buy a $60 pill from my vet which was the best thing I ever did 90 day pill not one flea on my baby

It says for puppy’s 6 weeks or older then it says for puppy’s 12 weeks or older. So which is it? My puppy’s are 8 weeks.
