This product is better than I expected, it conforms well to my shoulders and holds the cold longer than expected.

The cold pack is excellent and exceeded my expectation. It gives great coverage, mounds easily and quickly and stays deliciously cold. However the cover came without the Velcro being applied to one side so it doesn’t close. They really need to rethink the design. I suggest ditch the Velcro altogether and use a flap over a pocket that holds the pack. Thankfully I bought the pack and not the inferior cover.

I love the length and weight of this cold pack. It reaches all the way around my neck and then some. It doesn’t freeze solidly but does stay cold for a long while. The material they use to cover it however is itchy… I even put the whole thing inside a pillowcase and I still felt the itch…! I will take it out of the cloth cover tonight and just put the bag in a pillowcase. That is manageable. Maybe in the future, you can find a softer, less itchy material to cover the bag.

Flexibility great. Recommend highly.

I really like this item, it serves as a perfectly comfortable icepack, it adjusts and molds around where it is positioned, and stays put. My only complaint would be that I wish that it would stay colder for longer, it seems like a long time to wait for the pack to get cold in order to use it, and it only lasts about 30 minutes, but other than that it has been a godsend for migraine alleviation and as a back up as cold therapy for unforeseen personal injuries. I didn't see a reason to give it a lower rating due to the satisfaction it gave for migraine intervention.

Had surgery on my chest and couldn't find an ice pack long enough to cover the whole incision so figured I'd give this a try and it's perfect! I did try to use it on my neck as intended but, personally the clay is a bit too hard to be comfortable when frozen. Overall I highly recommend this ice pack, it's definitely more versatile because of the length and it hold the cold just as described without being painful.

The product is very heavy and covers the neck and part of the shoulder, however it cannot be put into the freezer overnight so it is ready for the morning pain and stiffness in the neck.

I had foot surgery and wasn't supposed to remove the surgical shoe. I was supposed to elevate it and keep it iced as much as possible for the first two weeks. I, initially, bought this neck ice wrap to help alleviate my husband's migraines. But, he had the brilliant idea to use it on my foot. It's SUPER cold coming out of the freezer. We keep the insert in it's protective bag in the freezer so it's always cold and ready to use. He devised a way to keep it secure around my foot with the shoe on using two small bungee ties. The cold even penetrates the shoe! This wrap is WONDERFUL!! Great purchase! We highly recommend it!

I was in a bad MVA in 2015, physiotherapy, as well as other healthcare practitioners have recommended swapping between cold + heat in hopes of alleviating some inflammation and pain. I’ve tried many ice packs over the years, but I love this one! It wraps nicely around my neck, goes down over my shoulders, it stays placed exactly where I need, and it doesn’t add more aggravation to injured areas. This pack is pliable, unlike many others, and it doesn’t leave moisture. IMO, It stays cold long; baring in mind the recommend use is 10-20 minute intervals, but once it’s put back in the freezer, I find it gets cold again much faster than other packs. So happy I found this!

Most ice packs are difficult to comfortably hold against your neck, but this product is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have issues with the left side of my neck in my C4-C6 vertebrae & discs, which causes pain and tingling in my neck, shoulder, upper back, and at the nape of my neck. This ice wrap has been a lifesaver. It stays cold for such a long time, and the soft cover it comes with ensures my skin doesn’t get overly cold, and become numb. I highly recommend this ice wrap/cover for anyone experiencing neck pain. You will not be disappointed!

It is weighty!!! But it saved my back on holiday after I hurt it badly the day before I went. It gets very cold, lasts okay, not any longer than my usual ice pack but the weight even though heavy felt great on my back at night in bed. The only 4 stars is just because the heaviness is leaving it restricted on where I can use it.

Product stays cold but hard to keep around your neck slips off that’s why I gave it 3 stars

I left it in the freezer for a week, didn’t become rock hard, still flexible. Not as cold as I thought it would, I had to remove the blue sleeve to actually feel the cooling effect under 30degree hot sun.
