Great in sourdough!
I ordered this seed mix specifically for my sourdough loaves. I wanted to add a seed mix to get that crunch feel and this mix was perfect for that. The price was right for the quality of the mix and will work well in my sourdough loaves and sandwich loaves. I added the mix into the dough before proofing and then on top before baking. I absolutely love this mix in the bread! Crunchy, tastey, nutty and healthy. I'm also going to add it to my non dairy yogurt for a little crunch. Definitely worth getting!

Very Good Quality
โ Strengths โข Excellent nutrient density โ High in fiber, omega-3s, magnesium, zinc, and plant protein โข Good seed variety โ Flax (brown & golden), chia, sesame, sunflower, pumpkin โข Supports digestion โ Especially helpful since you use collagen and protein regularly โข Heart & skin supportive fats โ Great for elasticity and inflammation balance โข Organic, GMO-free, vegan โ ๏ธ Considerations โข Whole flax must be ground to absorb omega-3 benefits โข Calorie-dense (very healthy, but portion control matters) โข Should be refrigerated after opening to prevent rancidity

Delicious
Used it in fruit and Greek yogurt and in tuna salad. It was great in both. Good, healthy seeds. Definitely will buy again and again. Fresh taste.

Excellent Value and Better Nutrition
I use these on oatmeal, veggies, and grind it in my coffee grinder to use in my smoothies to bump up the protein. A wonderful blend. I'm very happy with them. I was using just three seeds. Now I've broadened the profile of my protein intake. Yum.

Great product
Great for salads. It adds the little crunch. I even put it on rice or in home made bread.

Sproutable for microgreens! A crunchy, nutty, multicolor, diverse textural mix of seeds ๐
This is a very good size bag. It's a good value with many servings. I bought this primarily as a healthy, fresh, organic ingredient to add to homemade bread loaves and buns. It's really wonderful for that. A crunchy, nutty, multicolor, diverse textural mix of seeds in bread and as a topping for oatmeal, cereal, eggs or salads. I even add some to my tuna salad mix. It's a great little snack just by itself or make some sweet treats with it. Take a bunch and toast it with a drizzle of honey and some brown sugar for a quick sweet nutty brittle. I've recently gotten into sprouting in jars and growing tray microgreens. This mix CAN BE grown as microgreens in a tray setup on top of a single ply unfolded napkin. IT CANNOT BE JAR SPROUTED. Several varieties of the seeds in the mix create a gooey, gelatinous mess when jar sprouting, but that doesn't matter when you use a tray. Do not soak. Place an unfolded single ply napkin on the tray and mist until it sticks to the tray. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of seeds on top and cover. Keep in the dark and mist heavily twice a day until roots are growing through the napkin into the bottom tray. This will take a while a week or more, so be patient. Once you have roots underneath the tray, uncover and start bottom watering until you get the desired height you want to harvest. One thing I noticed about the microgreens is since they are a variety of different seeds they grow at different speeds. This makes it less than ideal for microgreens. As you can see from the picture the sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds produced much larger microgreens. This tray still has a few more days to get some more height before I'm going to harvest. It'll be a total of about 2-3 weeks. All in all, I don't think I'll grow these as microgreens again. I have many other varieties that grow much faster and that I prefer, but I wanted to show you that it can be done if that is your goal. From now on, I will just eat these in many varieties of ways, but I won't try to grow them again.
