I've been using an AI agentic tool to research helping me get my energy and my stamina back. Turns out I've got serious systemic inflammation and my gut health is very poor. I eat organic foods and lots of salad but didn't realize my body was reacting to the histamines in the foods I was eating every day! My facial skin was red flag that something was very wrong. The AI tool led me to the inflammation diagnosis, the 100 marker blood test and to Seeking Health products to combat the histamines in my digestive system. This is not a paid review. I bought this supplements along with their Probiota Histaminx and their Saccharomycss Boulardii a healthy yeast that rebalances the gut microbiome and helps correct leaky gut! In coordination with these supplements I've eliminated histamine liberators- foods that contain or release histamines which is the direct cause of inflammation. That being said in seeing positive results before I've even finished my first bottle. I don't think I'll have to take these supplements forever like calcium I only know they're working right now to help me reach optimal gut health which is where diseases start or don't!

I bought these for my 13 year old son. At age 2, he was diagnosed with cough variant asthma. He has always struggled with horrible seasonal allergies from roughly April/May thru October every year. Since moving farther North, his allergies have been better but still give him trouble every summer, especially if not kept under control. His main issue is an overabundance of nasal congestion and mucus in his throat. I got these for him this spring when his allergies flared up and I'm not kidding, within 2 days we noticed a significant improvement in his symptoms. These were highly recommended to us by some family members, so we decided to try it for our 11 yr old and our 17 yr old (both significant allergy sufferers). While, they did help slightly, our kids did not take them daily, so we probably would have seen more effectiveness with regular use. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the kids had absolutely no negative side effects. As parents, we appreciate the good quality, natural ingredient list. We look forward to seeing better results as this builds up in our kids’ systems.

I kept taking them after reading a review that said it takes a couple days. My allergies are worse this year than any other time. My experience is that it takes more than a couple days but it is helping. I expect it to continue to improve. A little pricey but I won’t have to buy the Zyrtec.

I have MCAS and am on every med they could think of and was still having flares. I decided to try this product on a whim, and it’s been the think to work! It’s frustrating how expensive it is, and I can’t speak to how effective it is on its own, but as part of a cocktail it’s made a huge difference. I just wish it was covered by insurance. $40+ a month when you take a lot of stuff adds up!

Helping with a histamine intolerance.

These are incredible. If I’m having a histamine intolerance flare up, I take one of these and feel relief within 30 minutes. Some days it is not enough and I’ll need the added help of an antihistamine. But wow, definitely purchase these, they’re worth every penny! As my histamine intolerance has been improving, after suffering from it for over two years, I’ve needed less antihistamine dosages and just rely on these daily now. Will continue to buy this product over and over.
