Very well made and the cutting blades are good quality and very sharp. Much smaller than I expected but this means you can cut smaller nails.

Smaller than I thought (check dimensions prior to purchase) but still can be used on all fingers and at a push big toe 🦶🏽. Quality like everything I’ve had victorinox

Excellent quality, as you'd expect from Victorinox. They're not cheap but they are worth it. Can be hung on a keyring for convenience. Only minor criticism is they lack the nail file which was part of the previous release clippers.

The comparison of the nail cutters shows that they are not convenient for people with large or hard nails. They seem more suitable for kids, as the cutter opening is very small and not adequate for trimming thick or bigger nails.

Der kleine Victorinox Nagelknipser wirkt auf den ersten Blick wie ein völlig unspektakuläres Alltagsprodukt. In der Praxis zeigt sich jedoch sehr schnell, warum er sich deutlich von vielen günstigen Nagelknipsern unterscheidet. Es ist eines dieser Produkte, bei denen man erst nach der Benutzung merkt, wie viel Wert eine saubere Konstruktion und gute Verarbeitung tatsächlich haben. Die Schneidleistung ist hervorragend. Finger- und auch Fußnägel lassen sich präzise und ohne großen Kraftaufwand schneiden. Der Schnitt ist sauber, nichts reißt oder splittert. Besonders positiv fällt auf, dass die abgeschnittenen Nägel nicht unkontrolliert durch den Raum fliegen, wie man es von vielen einfachen Modellen kennt. Offenbar ist die Schneidgeometrie so ausgelegt, dass die Nägel beim Schneiden „eingefangen“ werden – ein kleines Detail, das im Alltag aber einen großen Unterschied macht, vor allem im Badezimmer oder unterwegs. Die Verarbeitung entspricht dem typischen Victorinox-Standard. Der Edelstahl wirkt hochwertig, stabil und langlebig. Nichts klappert, nichts verbiegt sich, auch bei etwas festeren Nägeln. Trotz der kompakten Größe liegt der Knipser gut in der Hand und lässt sich kontrolliert bedienen. Gerade für Menschen mit etwas weniger Kraft in den Fingern ist das ein nicht zu unterschätzender Vorteil. Durch die kleine Bauform eignet sich der Nagelknipser hervorragend für Reisen, Kulturbeutel oder als fester Bestandteil eines EDC-Sets. Unterm Strich ist der Victorinox Nagelknipser klein ein typisches Beispiel für „einfach, aber richtig gemacht“. Keine Spielereien, kein Marketing-Gag, sondern ein funktionales, hochwertiges Produkt, das genau das tut, was es soll – und das besser als die meisten Alternativen.

Niente da dire sulla qualità, il nome Victorinox è una garanzia. quello che lascia perplessi, come altri hanno già notato, è la dimensione. Per dirla in chiaro, malgrado le mie mani siano mediamente normali come dimensione, ci vogliono 3 tagli per unghia, e le lame sono talmente sottili che entrano molto a fondo sotto l'unghia, in altre parole bisogna fare attenzione, se no il taglio può fare male. Malgrado questo, l'impugnatura è comunque ottima e il taglio sicuro e senza incertezze. Molto ben studiato anche il sistema di chiusura, che lo rende davvero compatto una volta chiuso e molto stabile da aperto. Il costo è elevato, a quel prezzo su Amazon si acquistano trousse complete, ma la qualità del materiale probabilmente lo giustifica. Probabilmente durerà una vita. E' un vero peccato che la Victorinox non ne faccia anche una versione più grande. In sintesi: ottimo prodotto, piccolo ma funzionale, e... costoso. Accettando queste riserve, è altamente consigliabile.
