Bought this because I got tired of changing out connectors from them breaking and this has been a game changer. Very well made and easy to use, holds up well with different attachments. Looks good on a hose as well and no leakage so far. One of the best investments you can buy as a Auto Technician if you have multiple male attachments on your air tools. Best bang for your buck , buy this once instead of buying multiple hose adapters from breaking. Light weight

I've had a lot of luck with Milton pneumatic tools and fittings, and this coupler is no different. I have 5-7 of these on various hoses around my home shop and they have worked out perfectly. Once you use a safety release quick coupler, especially if you're linking hoses together, it is so nice to release the pressure first before disconnection. The only thing about these is that sometimes you can inadvertently bump the air release when you don't want to. It doesn't happen often, but that is one thing that never happened with a standard coupler. Additionally, the univeral nature of the coupler is great, since I have a mix of fittings on air tools as I've bought them new and used, and have not really needed to switch to a standard fitting type. Overall, if you're looking for a high quality safety air coupler that works consistently, look no further.

This coupler works with both my Milton "M" style fittings as well as "A" style (or Type B) I like the 2 step connector as it releases the air pressure before you disconnect. That's safer and easier on the ears if you have a long hose connected to it. The only negative I found is that if you drag this connector across the floor, it can pull the pressure release ring down and bleed off the pressure, requiring you to slide it back. Overall, this coupler is well built. No leaking from either type of fitting I use.

Cons: - I have every standard and metric size wrench known to man, however, not a single one of them fit the hex part of this used to tighten the threaded connection, had to use an adjustable wrench to thread them on. - Kind of big and heavy compared to regular quick disconnect hose couplings. - There’s no instructions on how to use it, but it’s pretty simple to figure out. - Not sure how long it will last before what ever seals it internally starts to leak and no obvious way to rebuild it, but maybe that’ll never be a problem. - Kind of on the pricey side. - Using it on the tool end of my hose I notice it occasionally slips or gets caught on things resulting in the air bleeding from it. It needs a way to either lock it in position or reverse the direction you slide it so it doesn’t slide the pressure release sleeve open when dragging it around. Pros: - Works excellent at the stationary connections I plug my hoses into at the wall. Allows me to bleed all the air out of the hose before releasing it. I love it for this purpose. - It works exactly as advertised, bleeds air out of the tool before disconnecting it. - Very simple to use. - Seems to be superior quality. - Looks nice. I liked it enough that I ordered 2 more to go on the compressor end of my air hoses, now I can bleed all the air out of hoses before disconnecting them. The larger size and slightly heavier will be no big deal at that end and there’s a lot more air to bleed out when disconnecting the entire hose.

This coupler is the best I have used in the sense of easy. I have used others for around thirty or so years. I tried to find the twist lock type and am glad I went with this slide type. It is so easy to use and ads the safety of disconnect. I do not know if this will last 20-30 years like my others but strongly advise you to spend the cost of this. By the way this is the 5 in 1 type.

Does exactly what it says it does, the 2 stages on disconnection works great. Ones de-pressurized it comes apart effortlessly unlike standard style.

This is a pretty cool fitting, it works with all my male air fittings, quick connects instantly and having the secondary on/off function for the air at the fitting has come in handy several times when I didn’t even known I needed or wanted that feature. My only con would be I’m a lot more aware of this fitting than any I’ve used in the past. I don’t like just tossing the hose end on the floor or just letting it drag as I roll the hose up lol. It’s worth taking a little extra care to make it last tho.

I bought this for my wife, because she has difficulty connecting the air hose to fill her bicyle tires, or car tires. It can be difficult for myself at times connecting some of my air tools as well. Well let me tell you this thing is worth every penny. So easy to connect and disconnect any air tool. Wish I had one of these years ago.

I’m a mechanic and i’ve injured my wrist due to a bad adaptor which was too hard to plug and unplug. This one, wow. It glides to easyly! You don’t have to put strenght to plug or unplug an air tool! My Life has completely changed since I installed it!! Every mechanic should have this. I’m curious to see in how much time it Will need to be replaced. I have it since 2 months and no problem to date. I’ll update this review if something goes bad.

I was skeptical because of the price but one day I was a little hasty to check out and it was in my cart only so I could move it to a list. Well let me say it is excellent. It is very nice being able to shut the air off during tool changes. No more air tools shooting across the floor. It doesn't leak and it attached to any coupler so easy you don't think it is attached.

this adapts many different types of air fittings. One downside is the air line can be open or closed by pulling the red section. This is handy for many things except using an air chisel, which vibrates the valve closed. On the rare occasion I need this tool, I hold the slide valve open with one hand and use the chisel with the other. Highly recommend for people who have tools with different sized fittings

but doesn't really accept all fittings as advertised, it was supposed to be universal, one plug for all, but that's not really the case.
