Very pleased with this sprayer. So far it has done all that I expected, and is a big improvement on my previous sprayer. To be recommended.

Really reliable very comfortable harness brilliant product for its price.
I use one of this product at my work and found very reliable and a very comfortable harness. I have to walk miles with it and that really helps . I have had no problems with in the last 3 months of use . So when I found it on Amazon I had to have one my self for my own private work.

Great quality sprayer
Great quality sprayer, little more expensive but definitely worth the extra cost, wish I had bought this first time round as I would of saved buying a cheap one, they do say buy quality once.

Good Size.
Bought this to replace a smaller sprayer. Seems to work well, and has a good capacity.

Feels robust but some major problems
When I unboxed this item it felt like a quality product. The lift handle on the top was very useful. The harness and shoulder straps are very comfortable and the selection of nozzles for different spray applications was a plus point. I was less impressed with the Field King once I got some water in it to test it. The first problem, quite a serious one once chemical are placed in the tank, is that the pressure vessel is easily detached and the resultant release of pressure projects the tank contents out of the top opening. I only had fresh water in the tank at the time but it was sufficient to make me consider sending the unit back. However the main problem, and I do not know if this was a design issue or the mechanism was broken, was that the pump handle needed to be rotated through an angle of about 150 degrees vertically down to almost vertically up to generate any pressure and it was only on the last few degrees of motion at the top and bottom of the stroke that I could feel any sort of resistance that told me it was generating pressure. I have two other back pack sprayers and the neither require more than about 30 degrees of motion on the pump handle. This made it virtually unusable and so I returned the sprayer and received a full refund.

I have 3 different size tank sprayers (1,2,3 gallon) and was tired of carrying them around the farm. We have a 300 ft barn lane and 400 ft drive with a half circle turn around with gravel surface. I use 6 gal of spray to keep weeds/grass out of drives. We have 3 pastures totaling 20 acres surrounded by woods and 26 acres of woods in a woodland management plan. I needed a sprayer that I could use to kill invasive species along the pasture edge and in the woods. This sprayer does the trick. It worked perfectly right out of the box. The wide mouth on the tank with a screen allows you to pour chemical easily into the sprayer and the screen catches anything that might fall into it. I was able to take water, chemical and sprayer in a trailer to the back of the property, mix it the field and spray the pastures edge. I used 11 gallon of chemical first time I used the sprayer and it worked great. No leaks, 5 or 6 pumps pressurizes the tank with excellent spray coverage. With the wand I can reach 10 ft high and the spray is another 3 ft so I can reach places I couldn't reach with the hand held sprayers. Having the sprayer on your back is much easier than carrying around a tank and having to stop to pump 12 or 15 times to keep good pressure. I thought I would use more chemical due to the excellent spray coverage but I was pleasantly surprised that I used less chemical than before. I was able to spray about 1000 ft of pasture edge with the 11 gallons of spray. We have serious problems with Chinese bittersweet, grapevine and privet so I use Crossbow in the sprayer. Clean up was easy, the filter on the wand is easy to get to, the nozzle is easy to remove. The one thing I can't use it for is walking thru brush to get to invasive plants that are well hidden but I knew that before I bought this sprayer. With a tank full of spray on your back it is hard to maneuver in close quarters. If you are looking for a good sprayer, at a fair price that does the job intended then look no further than this sprayer. It is well worth the investment. One caveat is that any piece of equipment is only has good as the maintenance so I would encourage you to clean after every use, use vaseline on the o-rings and take care of the equipment you purchase.

After going through 3-4 different pump sprayers from Bunnings Australia, I found this recommended online from many US based websites. The sprayer came well packed and was easy to assemble, I was only required to add the Pump handle, attach the spray wand and the cone tip. Additional seals and spray configurations are also provided which is nice. The Instructions are well written and legible. I quickly added Round-up, detergent and some dye and was pumping and spraying my front and backyard in no time. There were no issues with leakages at all and the pump lever action is satisfying to use. Functionality: 5/5 Durability: 5/5 (Used twice so far, but it didn't blow the seals after use, which has beaten all the competition I've tried so far) Features & Accessories: 5/5 Honestly, this is the best spray I've used and is worth the investment. It looks easy to maintain and repair also. Don't bother with a el-cheapo that'll break after 1-2 uses.

I have used this knapsack about 8 times now and I love it. I have used cheaper packs before that have failed after the first few uses, but this is still going strong. I use it pretty full and the hardest part is lifting it on my back. I usually place it on a short wall so I can slide it on more easily. Even with repeated use at max capacity, it hasn’t missed a beat.

The Field King Backpack Sprayer is a professional sprayer that works great for our lawn and garden needs. The four-gallon capacity tank and its easy to pump tank makes spraying a large area a simple and effortless task. The padded shoulder straps, a waist belt with built-in lumbar support ensure extended use comfortable even when full. Great product and value for your money.

I thought the weight might be a bit much when full, so used it half full. Managed the weight then without trouble, did not need to bend over, so no bad back at the end of the day. Sprayed a large area without a refill. I am well pleased.
