I'm 5'2"...is this chair too tall for me? Will my feet touch the floor?

Think about buying the chair when you're a short person! I'm 5'3" and my feed could only reach the floor when I sat on the front edge what is inconvenient in the long run. When I was sitting comfortably my feed were way off the floor. The minimum height is about 23". I had to return the chair, even it was beautiful.

what is the maximum height from the floor to the seat?

With the chair fully extended the maximum height is about 2 ft. I'm 5' 9" and my feet are practically dangling off the floor at that height. Hope that helps!!

Does anyone know how to tilt the seat forward?

There are three levers. The first, closest to your knees raises the seat up or down. The middle tilts the seat forward or back. The rear lever tilts the back forward or back. Each lever has a drawing demonstrating what it does.

How comfortable & durable is this chair to sit in for long hours (8+)? Does the seat padding seem like it will hold up over time with extended use?

I have not been using this chair for more than 2 hours at a time so I cannot say how it feels after 8+ hours. It is comfortable and sturdy enough for me (120 lbs). I would probably prefer a head rest for longer sessions because I like to recline occasionally.
