As good as it gets , 2nd one purchased , strong durable , My opinion, do not to inflate more than a few breaths . will be comfortable with a few breaths , experiment what feels good for you ! A life saver when traveling and sitting at a desk .Quality as good as the more expensive ones . Thank you Amazon for choices to chose from .

The quality is very cheap and looks like dollar store product. The pump even worse as it is not functioning at all that I rather blow it by mouth (I throw it away immediately) The cushion functions as described as it got a hole in the middle so when you sit it gives no pressure to your bottom. I would expect something with better quality at this price.

This saved my a$$. Very comfortable and took the pressure off of my tail bone and lower back. Then it just deflated and the tiny hole was on the inside of the ring. I couldn't have punctured it myself, and I was the only one using it. Quality control needs some work.

I used this after giving birth to my second child because I had perineum tears both times and the first time it hurt so bad to sit anywhere for the first two weeks that I couldn't imagine having to do it again. I love this pillow, it really helped the second time around and I think it even helped me heal quicker because I wasn't putting pressure on my stitches every time I sat down. I docked one star because the pump that came with it was pretty weak and took forever to fill the pillow (which doesn't take much air to begin with) but once it was filled up I haven't had to use the pump again. I will keep this convenient little pillow for any future births I may have or for if I ever have hemorrhoids. Thank you!

Purchased this for a family member for a long car ride, and I was told it helped tremendously. Also had to use at a football game with stadium seating, and was told they couldn't have made it through without. They were very pleased!

It is uncomfortable to sit on, ends up making my back hurt after a short time.

I fell on my tailbone, and using this was the only way I lived for two weeks! Worked on my office chair, the movie theater seat, and m lounger at home. LIfe saver!

It was more like a kids toy than a medical help. It is all wrong for any kind of pain in the posterior and creates a pressure that is unbearable.
