What cutting tool would you recommend?

For 2 mesh or 3 mesh you would need power sheers. 4 mesh to 10 mesh you will need Aviation or Tin snips. You will get better results cutting 16 Mesh - 30 Mesh using aviation snips. Fly screen (16 mesh) to 500 mesh can be cut with scissors.

How is it packaged so its protected in transit?

15cm x 15cm and 30cm x 30cm is wrapped in a cardboard wrap. We've found that this way, the mesh remains flat, and undamaged. Larger cuts of mesh 60cm x 60cm or 60cm x 120cm will be protected into a cardboard wrap and rolled.

What does mesh count mean?

Mesh count means how many wires per inch. 2 mesh has less wires per inch, meaning it has a larger hole size, and 500 mesh has more wires per inch meaning the hole size is smaller.
