Fantastic for music; ok for phone calls; Better than Airpod Pros
I am a bit persnickety about audio and sound quality. I have tried hundreds of different earbuds and headphones, wired and wireless, with and without noise canceling, and with and without bluetooth. I notice and appreciate audio nuances, soundstaging, imaging, dynamic range, and the like. I am not quite an audiophile, but I like to think that's just because I'm not quite persnickety enough to be a snob. These have become my default earbuds for listening to music or audio books. The sound quality is the best of the bluetooth noise canceling earbuds I have tried: Sony, Bose, Beats, Airpod pros, and a couple of offbeat brands. Deep bass, crisp treble, perfectly clear midrange. They are easy to use, have seamless connectivity, come with a decent smartphone interface, and provide great fit and comfort. Noise cancelation works well, albeit not perfectly. Nothing fully cancels exterior sound; it is always a matter of degree. That said, the degree of noise cancelling on these earbuds is outstanding. They rival the Bose headsets, but without the bulk. There is a greenbelt park near my house that abuts a highway. Without earbuds/headphones, you can hear the highway pretty prominently. With these earbuds and the ANC activated, it's as if I am in an isolated forest far from the highway. "Hear-through" mode works well, too, if you want to be able to hear your surroundings for safety. They have fallen out of my ears a few times, but generally stay seated in the "ear pocket" fairly well. IMHO, Jabra has always designs products that fit my ear canal pretty well. Your weirdly-shaped ears might produce different results. ;-) Battery life has never been an issue. I have gone on long hikes, bike rides, and plane rides with them, and they have never run out of juice. The charging case does, indeed, work well to recharge the earbuds when not in use so they are always charged and ready to go when I need them. Using the case habitually also helps prevent me from misplacing the earbuds, which was always my biggest fear when considering wireless bluetooth earbuds. IMHO, the airpod pros do not get loud enough to be worth the premium price. I understand the purpose of volume limits, avoiding liability and lawsuits, and the like. But the volume cap on the airpod pros is just too soft. I want to be the one who determines if it is too loud, not the manufacturer. The noise cancelation on the airpod pros was good, but not as good as the Jabras. The one con is that using the earbuds as a wireless headset for phone calls or zoom conferences is not the best, mostly because they do not have a boom-mic. It is sometimes difficult for the other party to hear me, especially if I am driving (road noise). They do work fine as a bluetooth headset in a quiet room, though. But they are designed for listening, not as a wireless headset. I have a separate bluetooth earbud specifically designed for phone calls. These earbuds can double as a headset if a call comes in; but they are not designed to be a wireless headset for phone calls. If you need earbuds that double as phone headsets (and you don't mind the volume limit on the airpods), then the airpod pros might be your best option. But these are the best of the mainstream premium audio earbuds on the market. UPDATE: Over a year later, and I still love these earbuds. I keep them in their case, so they always recharge easily, and the case does help prevent me from misplacing them (one of my big concerns about wireless earbuds ever since I first read about AirPods). I use them on flights, dog walks, hikes, bike rides, coffee shops, kid's basketball practices, and elsewhere. They have never run out of charge before I stopped listening to music. Sound quality remains top notch.

Jabra Elite Active 75T is the pick of the lot (I have used 65T, 75T, 75T-A and 85T)
I have actually used the 65T, 75T, 75T Active (75T-A)and 85T during the last year so my review is based on actual experience. I purchased the 65T in Oct, 2019 only to find that the 75T was round the corner. I ended up purchasing the 75T and after using it for a week along with the 65T, I returned the 65T because the 75T was superior in almost every way. Fast forward to June, 2020 and I ended up losing the 75T. I waited for a few months and then purchased the 75T Active only to find, yet again, that the 85T is round the corner :). I purchased it from Best Buy who have it in stock ahead of Amazon and I have been using both for the last several days. My conclusion: I will be returning the 85T and holding on to the 75T-A. Why? Read on... 1. Size and fit: The 85T is larger and somehow it never seems to fit snugly in my ear. No such problem with the 75T-A. I never get the confidence that the 85T will stay securely lodged in my ear. Jabra has changed the ear piece from round to oval and it might work better for some, but not for me. the 85T feels just as comfortable as the 75T-A but I don't want to have to worry that it might fall off, particularly when I'm running or riding my bike. Winner: 75T-A 2. Case: The 85T case is visibly larger and smooth. I however, like the grippy feel of the 75T-A case. I find it easier to remove the earbud from the 75T-A case and the magnets in the case also seem stronger. This, combined with the grippy feel of the case and earbuds, reduces the probability of dropping the ear bud while removing it from the case. Ditto for when I have put the buds back into the case. The 75T-A buds seem to 'snap' into place more reassuringly then the 85T buds. The 85T earbuds sit deeper in the case, so need to be gripped firmly while removing them from the case. A non-slip coating would've definitely helped. Note: I have purchased the wireless charging version of the 75T-A case. Winner: 75T-A 3. Sound: This is naturally subjective, but for me the winner is 75T-A hands down. There is greater clarity and more bass, but not overwhelmingly so. All the 4 headsets sound different and I like the 75T-A the most. I was disappointed with the 85T. Music sounded rather 'subdued' no matter how I much I adjusted the settings in the app. Winner: 75T-A 4. ANC: This is supposed to be the highlight of the 85T and it works quite nicely. However with the recent update along with the tight seal in the ear, the 75T-A more than holds its own and I am unable to find a lot of difference. It is not possible to adjust the ANC level in the 75T-A (unlike the 85T) but I don't think that this is a big enough drawback to spend the extra $$ for the 85T. Winner: Draw 5. Wireless connection: The 85T connects connects more quickly with my iPhone 6S compared to the 75T-A. It is connected and ready for use by the time I have it secured in my ear, while the 75T-A is still connecting by the time the earbud is in ready in my ear. Winner: 85T 6. Active use: I use the earbud in one ear while riding my bike. I ride long distances and sweat quite a bit, so the 75T-A definitely has the edge here. Winner: 75T-A 7. Phone calls: I found no discernible difference in performance. Both perform satisfactorily. I recommend checking YouTube for more detailed analysis of the same. Winner: Draw Based on all of the above, and the discounts available for the 75T-A, I am unable to justify the nearly $80 difference between the 75T-A and the 85T. If the 85T had sounded better, I might have been tempted but that's not the case. I think Jabra will improve it via firmware updates but I am surprised that they decided to mess with the outstanding sound delivered by the 75T-A.

(Updated) Would buy again ... Review includes RMA/Warranty review.
Updated 11/23/2020 after receiving RMA replacement from Jabra: I'm bumping these to 4 stars. I wish you could give separate ratings for product and manufacturer support though. The earbuds get five stars. The new set works great. All of my pros below still apply with the addition of the new Active Noise Cancelling firmware update works far better than I expected for an in-ear device that isn't dedicated to ANC. ANC and Hear-through both seem to increase the battery drain. Support gets mixed review. All of the individual staff I dealt with get 5 stars for knowledge, helpfulness, and general interaction. Communication from Jabra support: 2 stars. You basically get one email per 24 hour business day and those emails seem to go out just before the end of business day Jabra support time. It doesn't matter how quickly you respond with requested information or results, I never got a reply any quicker than ~24 hours. RMA process: Mixed - the process was mostly smooth, but it took 3 weeks to get my RMA. I shipped my RMA back on a Friday. Their shipping was basic UPS ground. Took 10 days to get to Waco, TX. From there (I discovered) it vanishes into a black hole for at least another week. From Waco, Jabra then reships it someplace else and you have no tracking capability. I called them twice after shipping, On the 18th day after I shipped it back (8th day after it arrived in Waco and was reshipped to their facility) they saw it had been received but the RMA system hadn't marked it as received yet so they didn't ship out my new set. I called and John saw it had been delivered but not marked as received so he marked it as received. As soon as that happened the RMA process resumed and I had my new in three (more days). ============================================= Original Review ============================================= (I will update this review after I get the replacement set.) My audio background: Musician (bass, guitar, piano), heavy podcasts listener, and I spend a LOT of time on calls often in very noisy environments (data centers and radio sites with very high background noise levels). These earbuds nailed it across the board (jump to the bottom for why I gave them two stars) Controls: Excellent. The ability to customize each earbud for 1,2, or 3 clicks for each mode was really nice. The controls were very responsive. I did find that almost every time I insert the left earbud it goes into 'Hear-through' mode though but I'd rather have that then have to push the earbud into my ear to activate the button. Music quality: * Setup note * Take the time to do the customized hearing profile. It is well worth the time. Overall these are excellent. Not quite studio grade, but way better than I expected. I have some in-ear-monitor wired earbuds I use during sets and the Jabra performs for audio quality as well at those $300+ wired earbuds. Bass: Punchy without being distorted. Responsive down into the low end without dropping on in perceived intensity. Mids: Crisp, clean, even at high volume. Highs: This might the the only weakness I would note and it is minor. When listening to rock, metal, country it wasn't really noticeable. But with pieces with a strong mix of high+mid (flute/high brass/high strings mixed at the same time with something like cello, french horn) or pieces like David Garret or Lindsey Stirling (Roundtable Rival) it can lose a little crispness on the highs. But I think you'd have to be really picky to not buy these because of that. Call quality: Very good. In my job good communication can be critical so it is as important to me that I'm heard well, not just how good the other party sounds to me. I used them for a number of calls and found that the call quality was very consistent. They didn't do quite as well in a low end noise environment (car windows open, trucks in the background, etc.) but that's is a common problem for almost every earbud or over the ear headset I've every tried. One weakness they seemed to have was wind noise and I suspect this is due to the placement and angle of the microphones. So if you are planning on making lots of calls while running or biking (or walking in a windy environment) you might want decide if the other features outweigh this. It isn't bad enough to be a deal breaker for me though. Audio podcast quality: Excellent. I find that some over-the-ear sets as well as earbuds can seem sharp and almost tinny due to the over-compressed audio that most podcasts are using. These didn't reproduce that quite as badly as some other earbuds I've tried. Fit: Good. I would have liked an intermediate size tip between the medium and large though. The medium doesn't hold quite tight enough but the large is just a tiny bit too snug. That said though they did hold in my ears well when walking or performing other activities. I wouldn't want to wear them while doing high-impact aerobic activities though but I haven't yet found an in-ear set that holds up to that. So....why 2 stars? Because out of the box the audio would drop out if too much of my body was between the right earbud and my phone. I had the phone in my left shirt pocket and turned my head to far to the right the audio would cut in and out. If the phone was in my back rear pants pocket or left coat pocket it was even worse. The only acceptable location was if my phone was in my right REAR pants pocket and I was standing up. It was even evident when mowing the lawn on a riding lawn mower with the phone in my right front pocket. If my arm was between the right earbud and my phone sometimes it would cut in and out. The problem was worst when I was moving though which makes me wonder if there is a problem with the antenna connection in the earbud itself. I've used many other Bluetooth audio devices without this kind of problem including in-ear, over-the-ear, and Bluetooth speakers and audio receivers hooked up to sound systems. So I'm pretty certain it isn't due to a poor radio in my phone. Support has actually been good except for the fact they only seem to handle one response per day regardless of what time I responded. I would get an email in late afternoon. If I replied IMMEDIATELY to that email I wouldn't get a reply until late afternoon the following day. So it didn't seem to be just related to the a time zone difference in support. That was really frustrating and added several days to my troubleshooting. On the positive side they didn't make me redo all the various troubleshooting steps I'd already tried before I reached out to them. Update to follow after I receive replacements.

2+1 multipoint works (phone + laptop/phone)
I bought this specifically for multipoint and hoped to achieve 3 devices or 2+1 ... and I got 2+1 working Currently, my personal android stays connected and my work iphone is also connected ... and I can receive calls on either arbitrarily (zero settings changes or fiddling on either phone), and play music or audio from either, arbitrarily, but not simultaneously (thankfully). This is standard for Bluetooth multipoint and is exactly how my other multipoint single-earpiece worked. But ... I also can now switch off bluetooth completely on the iphone and hit the connect button in the laptop's win10 bluetooth settings and immediately use the Jabra 75t for Zoom/WebEx calls ... But I have to hit DISCONNECT on the laptop and then go to the iphone bluetooth settings to successfully reconnect on the iphone (or probably move out of range). So with a willful disconnect/reconnect, I can toggle between android/iphone and android/laptop ... and I'm certain you could do so in any other 1-stays & other-2-toggle pattern. (I read that it can support up to 8 total devices but only 2 active at a time, so it's technically 2+6 multipoint vs my current config of 2+1 ... but good luck if you want more than 2 laptops ... ipads and tablets should be fine though) Oddities: the first try failed ... I connected android, iphone, *then* laptop ... win10 connected as an "other device" and not a headset / audio device ... and refused to change ... I reset the 75t and connected to the laptop *first* and it connected as an audio device ("Connected voice, music") , then the android, then disconnected (but not deleted or forgot) on the laptop then connected the iphone and got the working setup I have now. Oddity 2: the laptop initially connected output to the 75t but had the input coming from the internal microphone ... no idea why ... I changed it to the 75t ... now with each disconnection and reconnection, it remembers that the 75t is *preferred* and auto-switched the microphone properly. Good things: * to my utterly untrained ears, music sounds great in these * to my ear shape that keeps having other earpieces fall out, the 75t ACTIVE really stays in well ... I tried to shake / bounce to dislodge them and they stayed put EDIT: I was wrong, after 20+ min they wouldn't stay in ... Tried other sizes of ear tips, DEEPLY frustrated, finally bought foam replacements from COMPLY.... works fantastically now ... Jabra should ship with those instead of these silicon ones * I love that there's physical buttons ... electrosensitive buttons kept hanging up on my calls on my multiple other earpieces I've tried (trying to be cheap in replacing my plantronics m180 multipoint one-sided) * my most common caller says I sound FAR better than ANY previous headset * there is a tuning system for how you hear the audio spectrum per ear ... I'm not sure it is terribly effective since it was not multiple volume levels per pitch, just a yes/no, some of which I found to be very very very quiet to me and maybe should have answered no to * the case is VERY light * I'm biased in favor of green and I love the pale green color * the earbuds are very easy to remove from the case despite being strongly magnetized in * hear-through mode is capable of boosting volume above ambient levels Issues : * the R and L imprint on the R and L earbuds is very nearly impossible to see, despite being on the towards-the-ear side (they could have easily made it visible) ... they are different shapes but not obviously so and if they aren't coming out of the case, it's slightly messy. * the Jabra Sound+ app comes with the ability to play white-noise / pink noise / waterfall etc ... the 75t's right-ear-play-button cannot stop/pause this at all ... that's just broken logic. Similarly, the 75t's right-side-triple-click option is empty and there's nothing unique to assign to that (all options are assigned already) ... this is absurd, they have a programmability assignment option and don't allow you to turn on/off the waterfall/noise ability THEY provided with right-triple. * the pitch tester should have had multiple volume levels per pitch to usefully test hearing ... or multiple answer-buttons, like "just barely heard" not just a touch-single-confirmation * single-sided is right only ... the left side cannot be single-sided ... this is silly * I wish Jabra would offer an optional MUCH larger case that is itself a 10,000 mAh phone charger AND earpiece holder-charger-case Will update if battery life is odd but it seems great as of now

UPDATED 10/31/2021 Overall lack of durability leading review to be a 1 star.
Update as of 8/22/2021: The third pair now has once again had the right earbud suddenly get a TON quieter than the right one and I cannot fix it, no amount of cleaning recommended by Jabra fixes the issue making me believe it is not indeed an earwax issue and now i'm once again annoyed and pissed. These earbuds are my absolute favorite, WHEN THEY WORK. And I've yet to have a single pair last a year, not ONE pair has lasted a year, or perhaps even six months for that matter, without significant sound loss in the right ear that cannot be restored. Seriously, whats up with the quality control over there? They have great support, sent me two replacements, but they all break in the same way and it's not like im bashing them with a hammer or some stupid sh*t, I wear the right bud on walks, and in the shower, and thats it. I don't work in a dirty environment, I don't take them into dirty environments, I dont jostle them around or have them in a place to receive impact damage, they are treated like the expensive jewels of audio they are! Yet they fail me time and time again. Just sick of this. While I love the sound quality and the ipx rating and mic quality of this headset my first dislike is that the RIGHT earbud is the master of the two, meaning only it can be used independently. I am a fan of using only one earbud in my left ear for audio book. I will adjust due to the other qualities but as someone who has bought countless wireless earbuds searching for the pair with good waterproofing, good sound, and good mic I thought I'd FINALLY found the one with all the bases covered, finding out I couldn't use it in my preferred way for $220 (with tax) was a letdown. To add after a couple's day use they have a weird pairing issue and seemingly a very hard time sending signal through a soft jacket pocket, like the entire jacket is soft, it's not leather or thick material, just a soft house jacket. Feels a bit dumb to have it cutting out when the phone it's connected to it On My Person. Still, the microphone quality is excellent and it doesn't cut out incoming call audio if i'm in a noisy area and the other people can still hear me, this was a large part of why I wanted to try these so for this I find them worth keeping. I do wish they had a different shaped bud though, something with firmer plastic, these flimsy small ones only keep a solid sound seal so long as I dont smile. Addition as of 12/27/2020: After a VERY short time the earbuds began doing this weird thing sometimes when turning on or after pausing and playing again where it would sound like a skype call on half a bar of connection (full on unrecognizable robot mode) for about a solid minute before audio would suddenly clear itself up, it did this for calls or books and also made ME sound like a robot if it did so during a call meaning i'd have to play a song to confirm it was working right BEFORE making a call because I couldnt trust it was operating properly otherwise. To add to this just last night, not even two months after having them I noticed the right earbud was significantly quieter than the left. Now i'm a freak about keeping my ears clean of even ear sweat, taking my earbuds out every couple hours, wiping them down, then wiping my ear out because I like a snug but not slick feeling fit so I doubt it was a wax issue but I know many earbuds have a little screen over the sound hole to block earwax from getting to the internals > with most earbuds this is no problem as it is easily accessible, cleanable, and then can be re-inserted. With the Jabra's the ear hole is so small and so deep I cannot even tell if there IS a screen and if so i'd need a watchmakers telescoping glasses set and the smaller tweezers in existence made from a rat's whiskers to reach in there and safely remove it, thats not even to mention how to safely put it back in, so I didnt even try. I returned the pair to get a replacement and this is where I say I HOPE that it was a mechanical issue, because the new set which arrived, which was NOT the color I originally ordered but at this point i'm so frustrated with these issues after less than 2 months i'm ignoring that, well THIS new set has shown 0 of the connectivity issues, the robot voice, the problem of getting disconnected by a thin jacket, and sounds fine. Hopefully these last more than a month or two. Right now I want to say the quality IS wonderful WHEN its working, but my expectation for such an expensive piece of equipment are far from being met, and all I expect it to do is work as intended and provide smooth uninterrupted audio and call quality, i'm not trying to use it in a thunderstorm or expect it to broadcast through a firemans jacket, I just want it to work while in my pocket or my jacket pocket. I feel those expectations for a $200 set of earbuds is reasonable. Should this pair last 60 days with NO functional issue as should be perfectly reasonable to expect I will update this review again. Thank you for reading all this way if you did, I wrote a lot to give you a lot to think about. P.S. Jabra if you read this please don't tell your customers to tweet you or message you on Facebook when we ask for assistance in the questions tab on Amazon, just respond fully or send us one of those seller emails so many smaller sellers send me when I simply buy stuff just to check if it arrived and is OK (Those little guys wanting to make sure your happy cause they're trying to grow a brand), I know you can do it too if you chose. No one likes being told to go make a new account just to talk to you on a different platform. I know I sound old saying it but not all of us like social media. UDATED 2/22/2021 The replacement set has the same random stuttering issues upon startup as the last pair, I am beginning to notice the same issue of the right earbud which I use the most slowly becoming quieter (likely due to buildup of ear wax, but the physical design of the earbud makes it impossible to safely clean it without risking damage to the internals), and today the left earbud had to be taken out and put back into my ear three times to get it to actually start playing music through the left earbud. Overall these things are AWESOME when they work, but are not reliable and have a very short life-span. For reference, I wear them on walks, not even jogs or runs, and during weight lifting and occasionally at work while walking around. No strenuous or excessively dirty/rough environments at all that could lead me to believe outside factors are causing these issues. Hopefully they do better next time, though my true hope is Samsung will make a galaxy bud version that is highly waterproof. Final update at of 10/31/2021. As it now approaches the one year mark of me using these earbuds I want to point out I've used THREE sets throughout this entire time, and all three, before the year was out, lost significant volume in one earbud compared to the other. No amount of ideas for support fixed it and both replacement pairs sent ended up having the same problem. These are just not well designed for longevity and at the price tag applied to them, are NOT worth the cost. I started a 4th ticket before just decided to say "%^% it" and take the loss. Congrats Jabra, your 90% there to making a great product, just make your stuff serviceable by the buyers and youl have solved your problem, as is they are useless no matter what over time due to an inability to clean the small little screen inside that eventually (no matter how obsessively you clean your ears) becomes coated with wax and acts like a sound dampener. I'l be getting the Samsung Buds pro tomorrow sporting a similar IPX7 waterproofing. From my experience with other Samsung products they are more likely to be worth their price tag than yours. When your actual physical design changes I may give you another try.

Not for everyone!
I wanted to like these, I really did. Mostly everything about this screams high-quality product. In fact the voice in the earbuds constantly reassure me that it's worth the $200 I spent on them (just kidding, they only inform me of the charge percent each time). I currently don't use this for an "active" lifestyle either, mainly just when I'm out walking my dog, I usually prefer to have something to listen to. So maybe, admittedly, I'm not exactly the right audience for this product. However, I like to think that I did my research on which are currently the best earbuds on the market (I spent many countless hours pouring over reviews, and even some youtube videos). Almost all of them agreed on the Jabra Elite 75t's, or at least gave an honorable nod to them, even if they didn't include it in their lineup of the best buds. So I thought I was locked in to something good, and I was very excited and hopeful. But, on the first day I was very disappointed. The earbuds almost did not fit at all, and fell out after a couple seconds. I shrugged it off, since I thought it was the earbud size. I switched to both the smaller and larger ones that were included. But each time it was even worse - for the largest buds it fell out my ears in about 5 seconds flat. I switched back to the factory buds that it the product was shipped with, reluctantly accepting that these were my best bet on the fit, and possibly I just needed some time to get used to them. In fact the first day that I actually wore the default size buds, even after a sealed fit (which took me about 10 minutes to prepare in advance), they came out about a half hour into my walk, and I wasn't even moving my head or walking fast at all. It was the left earbud, I believe, and it hit the sidewalk if I remember correctly. I was definitely upset that they would come off like that. These are expensive buds, and they shouldn't come off on the first day, that's the bottom line I feel. But still, I decided to persevere and give them a chance to shine. I was under the impression that the fit would get better over time. Well, thankfully I wasn't wrong. The earbuds did somehow fit better after the initial day. Now they don't fall out anymore, but I still have this unpleasant sensation that the earbuds are going to pop out of my ear at anytime. I don't know why this is, I've never felt that even in the cheap wireless earbuds that I was previously using. This is not a good sensation to be having with such an expensive pair of buds. Adjusting the buds used to take me about a couple minutes, now it only takes me a little bit less -- however, I still need to tilt the earbuds slightly backward, clockwise, in my ear every time I put them on. I don't remember this being mentioned in the instructions or manual anywhere either, so I'm not sure if I'm the only one. This is all very new and confusing to me, to be honest, and I'm not sure how so many people gave these earbuds a good review. These are just turning out to be a perpetually awkward fit for me. This may improve over time, so I'll be use to update the review when I can, but I've currently had them for about a week and I just *cannot* honestly recommend these earbuds to anyone until I've somehow overcome my problems with them, regarding the fit of all things! I will be sure to list the Pro's, I have a long list. But unfortunately, the main things I look for in (especially costly!) earbuds are comfort and fit. They are very small things to be sure, but for me they are the most important ones that I would expect any buds to have, so indeed I probably would weight them even more than some other feature such as good sound, for example. It is such a shame, because the aesthetics, the case, the app, and everything else related to the buds really does shine. Pro's: + Sturdy and tall case for the earbuds. These are also unique and makes it easy to identify the Jabra brand, such as it were. + Magnetic pull in the case will lock in the buds once you want to put them back in the case to charge + USB-C cable is definitely a plus here + The earbuds inform you of the charge percent each time you put them on, which is always nice + The touch features on each earbud is nice, it allows you to enable hear-through mode as well as play/pause the current song + The Jabra Sound+ app is nice and allows you to perform software updates, set sound profiles (haven't really fooled around with this much tbh), as well as see the charge percent on the buds and case Con's: - Sometimes the touch on buds are too sensitive. I will sometimes try to adjust the buds in case they are about to fall out, and instead I will enable hear-through or stop the playing song - this is occasionally frustrating to me. - The sound is often... muddied to me. I don't know how to best describe it, but the sound is definitely not worthy of $200 buds, and sometimes sounds cheap to me. I don't know why this is, honestly. For example I have a cheap pair of wireless buds already, and I can't tell any difference in sound between those and the Jabra's. So.. yeah. - The buds are not that comfortable, and I can constantly feel them deep in my ears. It's in no way a pleasant sensation. I would expect to entirely not be aware of them at all. Instead I constantly feel them either digging into my ears, or that sinking sensation like they are about to pop out of my ears at any time (of course they don't pop out but stay in, but the feeling is very convincing and disconcerting to me) - As mentioned, these buds either sometimes fall out of one or both ears randomly, or otherwise will "threaten" to fall out even though they do stay in place. This is a *very* uncomfortable feeling and for the life of me I cannot understand how a $200 earbuds can possible give you a sensation like this. I'm convinced its either bad design, or more likely I'm one of the 1% of people who this earbuds were never intended to fit. Either of those are not good answers to the problem I have experienced thus far. Overall, for me at least the Con's definitely outweigh the Pro's. I put more weight into comfort and fit, as mentioned, and I don't really care as much about the 'muddied' sound and honestly I could have given that a pass as well. But the comfort, and fit, are both grossly lacking in these buds from what I've experienced so far. It is of my opinion presently that these earbuds are not for everyone, and perhaps particularly not for me. Again, I will update this review as events develop, and perhaps give it a better rating. I have also ordered a pair of buds from another brand, so I'm eager to compare the Jabra's I currently own with them. If things don't work out, unfortunately I might need to return these earbuds if they still feel the same after a week or two (time will tell). In conclusion, I really wanted to like these buds, as I think they really do shine in more ways than one. However, it does currently seem that the features that I *was* looking for seem to be sorely lacking in these earbuds, so for now I have given it an average review - again, please don't hold it against me.

Solid Sound, Really Good Fit, Great Features & Connectivity
This is a solid pair of earbuds that seem a bit expensive at the $180 price point but are a no-brainer when discounted to $140. The out-of-the-box sound performs decently well, but I found the bass to be too heavy and the mids to be too recessed. I also wished they had 1-2 more notches of volume, but none of that was a huge deal. Once I downloaded the Sound+ app and played around with EQ settings, the buds opened up so much more. By slightly dropping the bass, moderately increasing mids, and slightly increasing treble, the clarity improved immensely. The bass no longer drowned out the vocals but was still very present. I even found that I was able to get more volume out of them -- in other words, proper EQ settings made the 75t sound just how I wanted them to. I bought these primarily to walk in the city and go to the gym, and the fit is admirable for both purposes. No amount of vigorous movement should shake these from your ears - the medium silicone tips were best for me, but there are two other sizes that should cater to most people. The earbuds feel light and cool - the only complaint I would have is they start to slightly hurt the lower inner part of my ear after about 1 hour of use. However, removing them for a few seconds usually relieves the discomfort for at least another hour. The sweat/water resistance is another plus for physical activity/walking in the rain. Features wise, I was very impressed here. The sound quality obviously cannot compare to an open back over ear of a similar price (see HD58x), so it is understood that the premium $ is primarily for features and wireless convenience. The Bluetooth connection is quite good as the buds connect quickly and stay connected for the most part. Occasionally if there is interference from other BT devices or if my phone is covered by something the buds will break out and give static, but it doesn't happen often enough to be a major issue. As mentioned before, the ability to EQ is a great feature as you can customize your sound profile however you prefer it. Having ANC/HearThrough/Off as options by clicking the left bud is great, and all 3 modes perform quite well. It is extremely helpful to be on public transit and be able to drown out the screech of brakes & loud conversation in one moment and then hear the announcer & your friends in the next moment. The buttons in general are quite good -- responsive and they don't hurt my ears when pressed. Playing, pausing, taking calls, adjusting ambient noise level are all very easy from here. In terms of battery life I can get 3-5 days without charging the case, and the buds have never died on me or even gotten down to low battery. To be fair, I never use them for more than 2 hours at a time so I'm not taking up too much juice. I also bought the Melomania 1+ to provide a point of comparison, and while the out-of-the-box sound was certainly better, the poor fit, lack of features, and worse charging case caused me to favor the 75t. Once the 75t was EQ'd properly, it rivalled Melomania's sound well enough that it was not worth it to hold onto the 1+. Overall, I highly recommend this earbud even if it may not be the absolute best sound on the market. The sound is solid enough after EQing to enjoy the earbud consistently, and the great fit and wealth of features more than make up for anything lacking in the sonic department. I have not tried a better true wireless earbud at this price point in recent memory, so don't hesitate to pick these up (especially if they're on sale).

The best pair of headphones I've owned
For context, I got this pair of in-ears in 2021 for a hands-free experience while at work. I needed something wireless and wasn't going to interfere with my line of sight or distract me from my tasks. For that reason, the hear-through technology was very appealing for me. In over two years, I haven't experienced any errors with hear-through, and it's by far my favorite feature of the pair. I've since left that job, but continue to benefit from the perks of hear-through. When I'm working on copy for the Instagram page, watching videos on both my phone and laptop - even composing music in Logic has relatively low latency. Keep your expectations in flow though, because if you have more than one Bluetooth device paired at a time, the Jabras will favor whichever device is "active" (playing audio). For some of us, that's convenient! But for some others, it's too much and you will have to adjust accordingly. The picture is from after I tried coloring them in with Posca markers... that's after dropping them a few times and thinking the dark blue color made them too hard to find! Unfortunately some of the color has rubbed off, but for those who might want to try the same method might want to be careful with their markers! When it comes in the packaging, the product is beautiful; with a shiny, soft plastic that doesn't feel cheap at all; there is a "grippy" feel like those you might find on a Nintendo Switch joystick (slightly soft, but "grabs"). The earbuds themselves feel petite and high-quality. I have dropped them many, many times AND never lost them; both the case and the buds. In-ear, they feel very comfortable and seat nicely in my ears, immediately adjusting to the volume of the device I have it paired with. What I love most about them is that with hear-through, I can walk through the house with music playing and still hold a conversation with my partner, hear things he's saying, and know what's going on in my surroundings. There's a "blocking" feeling that can come from wearing headphones and these completely put that notion aside, offering a smooth breezeway between your ears and the device. When turned down low enough, It's "almost" like hearing something faintly in the other room - but they can be turned up quite loud and the audio still never leaves your headspace. The whole experience can feel as "contained" or as "free" as you want to adjust them to be. When I bought this pair, it was quite a leap for me as I had never spent almost $200 on a pair of earbuds before! But I have more than gotten my mileage out of these as they are still my constant companion for every project I work on. I find the audio is always pleasant - and the quality is high, with lots of nice balance and highlights of details where needed as far as I have experienced. My partner's son also has a pair of Jabras that he's owned for many years and still does - so there might be something there to Jabra being a very long-lasting brand overall. Highly recommend this product.

Worked Very well for just 3 weeks and now there are issues and I am returning this
I was very happy and satisfied when I received these buds. Jabra is known for Quality products and I could easily relate that to Elite Active 75T, from build quality perspective and performance in the initial period. The fit was good, though I would feel pain after 30-45 minute usage on my left ear only. I tried different tips that came with the unit and it was same. I mainly used this for office related calls and audio quality was very good based on feedback from colleagues. However, just after 3 weeks, audio started cracking after 45-60 minute usage and then in 2-3 minutes, call would get disconnected. It will again reconnect but the audio cracking and disconnection issue repeats. If I put it back in the pod for some time and then try to use, it will again work well for 45-60 minutes and then the issues repeats. Very disappointed and I am returning the item now. I raised the issue with Jabra customer care and not heard from them yet. Very happy that I made this purchase from Amazon, that I can return this defective product at this stage.

Excelentes

Best earbuds EVER
I bought this item before the update where the company gave you free noise cancellation. The company had previously engineered noise isloation and later released the software on to the earbuds which really surprised me. Great comfort and music quality. Had this product for 4 years. Stayed in while working out and swimming. Water resistant. Great battery life.

Excellent for running
My main use for earbuds is running. These are the best out of about 5 different earbuds I’ve tried. I find the physical button control more reliable than touch especially when running. When running in the winter physical buttons are the only option when pressing with gloves through a toque. Sound quality is excellent. There are details in music these picked up that others didn’t. I was surprised by how good the base response is. There’s a fully customizable EQ. The JABRA app has a hearing test that tunes the EQ to your test result. This EQ setting worked the best for me. Hearthrough mode is a must-have option for me while running. Turn it on for hearing traffic etc, turn it off when not needed. Also useful for brief verbal exchanges with someone- you don’t have to take an earbud out to listen to someone, hearthrough will amplify their voice. This feature works even with music paused. If you do need to pull out a bud for a conversation, pulling the right one out pauses the music automatically, then resumes music when you put it back in. ANC does cut down ambient noise in addition to the good seal the ear gels make, but not a huge difference. That said I’ve had no issues with ambient noise interfering with becoming immersed in a favorite tune. These wouldn’t be my first choice for blocking out engine noise on a flight though. I did get a better fit and seal with aftermarket SpinFit (model CP360) ear gels. The right fit for your unique ears makes a huge difference in audio quality for earbuds. Well worth it to try a few brands/ sizes to get the most out of whatever buds you get. Sound quality on calls wasn’t very good with stock settings for me, but call sound is customizable through the JABRA app. I get excellent call quality after dialing in the settings. I see in some reviews that some are having issues with signal dropout; I haven’t had this issue at all with the elite active 75T but did have some intermittent dropout with the non “active” variant. Maybe a bug in early release versions. Perhaps my firmware version is improved. There are periodic firmware updates through the JABRA app keeping them up to date. Overall I’m very happy with these. Superb sound, customizable features, waterproof/ dust proof. I’ve ran through a winter (down to -28C) and summer (up to + 30C) with no issues at all. Connecting to two devices simultaneously is a feature I don’t use on these but I like that it‘s there if I need it. I’ve never had these in for more than 3 hours so never got close to the battery limit of 7 hrs in the buds. The only thing I’d add is that all the top-end earbuds are getting so good now for sound quality that I think it will be other features like customizable hear-through, ANC, EQ, connect to multiple sources etc that will sway purchase decisions.
