The concept that a bedsheet can organise and order the positive and negative electrothingies in our bodies, then that will give us better sleep and give other physiological benefits, may seem strange, but I have felt benefits of sleeping on this earthing sheet.

I only used it for one night and I already woke up more rested, my arms and feet feel lighter. Thank you!

No cahnge in health, no benefits, nothing has altered at all. I tesearched the science behind grounding before deciding to buy the grounding sheet, but this has done nothing for me. My back is still painful, my wife still snores, and we feel no different at all. It's either faulty or mumbo jumbo rubish, either way, it does not work. Save your money and stand on the lawn with your shoes off, because I'm sending this sheet back for a refund.

A thin sheet type appliance with the extra long cable. Not sure that it is washable with the silver wiring running through it. Might hand wash. Unsure of any benefits after a month of use. An expensive gimmick.

I had high hopes for this item after reading many reviews, and also reading up on the benefits of 'earthing'. I suffer from arthritis, chronic fatigue, and also menopause symptoms so was glad to try anything to improve my sleep quality. Sadly it did absolutely nothing to improve my sleep/sleep quality. I used it for a week, but actually think I felt worse whilst using it. It clearly has benefits for many people, but sadly it did not work for me. On the upside it is easy to return and get a no quibble refund so it's worth a try if you're undecided.
