Can I make tea out of what is in the capsule??

Upon speaking with our Product Specialist, they said that you are able to make tea out of the powder. The capsules should be a 2 piece capsules that you are able to pull apart and take out the powder from within.

What Mg do you need fro start out with marshmallow root

There is no one dose for all. Experiment. Start with one or two capsules, monitor your results. Then increase by another capsule the next day. And so on. You might find just one or two sufficient, or you might find that a large dosage still doesn't give you noticeable results. I used this product in the manner I described for my after-effects after treatment for H. pylori. I didn't notice any improvement, so I went on to other "natural remedies." I found that ginger and peppermint oil in my green or white tea showed benefits and reduction in discomfort.
