These clips do the job. Not sure about these reviews that say the adhesive doesn't stick. If anything, you have to be careful removing them and make sure it doesn't take the paint with it. Note: For CAT 5 cable, these will not hold the cable snugly. Better, but still loose, with CAT-6.

I bought a pack of these around 2019-2020. I've just used the last one today. Used many times for all kinds of things and they've been completely perfect. Super strong adhesive that lasts. Clip fits just about every cable you could possibly need. I'm about to buy another pack. Here's to the next 6 years.

These cable clips look nice and are great for organizing wires behind the TV or desk. The transparent design blends in well, and they’re easy to use. However, the adhesive is very weak — most of them started peeling off after just a few days, even on clean, smooth surfaces. They work fine temporarily, but if you need something that stays in place long-term, these aren’t it. A better adhesive would make a big difference.

These cable organizers are simply wonderful and I will definitelybut them again if needed. They work as advertised and are very sturdy. Great solution for clips with nails that damage your baseboards or walls. And they DO let you organize RG6 coaxial cables as shown on the picture. (Bottom cable in the picture) Wanted mention that specifically since my main need for these was to organize my TV cable from the outlet to the TV stand. And to get my surround sound cables organized alongside. (Top cables in the picture) And if your cables are of smaller diameter you could comfortably organize 2 or more through these clips comfortably. The double sided 3M adhesive stickers are perfect and they stay on glued to the surface once you apply them and press them on for at least 15 seconds to make sure they stick. For coaxial cables first get the cable through the two loops of the organizer and then stick the adhesive strip on to place them wherever they need to be placed because of the snug fit. You could do these the reverse way also but that will take more work than needed. (Trust my judgment here) Wish I had searched for these years ago when I used cable organizing clips with nails that were a pain to hammer through baseboards and not to mention the unnecessaryholes they made once you remove them!!

I bought this to run some ethernet cable between two home offices. I bought some flat ethernet cable and it just barely fits, but could get it to run. I recommend round cable for these. I bought two boxes of them and only one clip had difficulty sticking. Be sure to clean surfaces before applying.

24 hours in sticking well. Easy to use. Found it easier to stick double sided sticky pad to clip thread wire through and then stick to surface.
