This taste like spearmint tea, really enjoyed it. I suffer from constipation, but this tea got things moving. Its not harsh on the stomach, took about an hour to work and gives you time to go to the bathroom. I seen some reviews saying its immediate and to stay home but I didn't have that experience. I would recommend trying it while you're home first because everyone's body is different.

I bought this because I was backed up and the laxatives and stool softeners I was taking wasn’t working at all. I took 2 cups and within 9 hours I went to the bathroom 3 times!! I’m not tracking my weight loss because I’m currently building muscle so the weight part wasn’t an issue for me. I recommend only taking this tea right before bed so you can go to the bathroom in the morning. If you don’t have access to a bathroom when needed don’t take the tea. My stomach did hurt a little bit kinda like a gassy feeling just right before I had to go to the bathroom otherwise my stomach didn’t hurt after or before then just when I had to use the bathroom. It tastes like regular green tea so that was pleasant!

It was intact and well packaged I haven’t tried it yet but with reviews I’ve seen online it works and helps get rid of water weight as fast as possible and I think it helps reduce face fat aswell I hope it’ll help past water weight too cuz I’ve seen it online aswell

Didn't poop as much as I thought I was and I thought it would help the bloating I have but it didn't. You get 20 bags but it says to only take for 10 days so I gave the other 10 to my sister. I used my liquid collagen as a sweetener hoping for double the results, that was a fail. I didn't lose any weight and actually gained 4lbs while taking it.

It doesnt taste bad (I add honey). I only steep for 45 seconds to 1 minute per reading the reviews, I also drink it at night before bed around 9ish and also try to drink a big cup of water. When I wake up in the morning I always have a nice bowel movement and I'm not continuing to run to the bathroom all day long. Sometimes I may have to go 1 or so more times but it's nothing insane. I have always had issues staying regular and nothing had really helped. This tea makes me feel like im cleaning everything out of my system without any crazy pain or discomfort.

No not really, I had to drink it 2/3times a day in order to see results. Another thing it causes cramps

Works as expected. Tastes okay.
