Do they make one without methylparabens or propylparabens?

The manufacturer is trying to minimize the chemical ingredients but sometimes those are necessary to keep the product fresh:Purified water, copper-peptides (hydrolyzed soy protein and copper chloride), glycerin, phenoxyethanol, butylene glycol, glycine, polysorbate 20, allantoin, aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) gel, and tocophersolan (vitamin E).

Do I use it before or after minoxidil?

You can use it either way (before or after). Or you can use only therapy spray for one day and use only Minoxidil at the next day. There is no strict usage for this. You can try and make your own usage combination.

How many times per day shoud I use it?

Well, you are kind of limited in terms how many times you can use it per day. It has a Copper smell that is noticeable, so unlikely you will spray your scalp with it, before you go outside. So, before bedtime is the option. Or when you are at home. I personally found that spraying once a day produced noticeable results. Hair grows 1.5x faster and hair grows in places it has not grown before. Honest answer.
