Works first time around, connect the HDMI cables to the adapter and plug the USB to either your PC or Mac (tested both) and it works first time around. Need no for any drivers. Build quality is great and beautifully designed. Price is far more reasonable compared to its rivals too. I have connected the USB to an extender cable and it works perfectly. Love it!!

Been using this dual adapter for a few weeks now on a Windows laptop. It is very handy. It allows me to use 3 external monitors with my laptop (one through HDMI out and 2 more using this device). The only slight issue for me is that the 2 monitors connected through this device have a slight lag on display. When I minimise and maximise windows, there is a noticeable lag to the smoothness of the animation. However, I am a web developer and do not need all 3 screens to have perfect animation smoothness. I have only noticed it on windows closing/minimising/maximising. Video playback seems fine. Overall I am very happy with this product. I have yet to try it with a MacBook.

Bought this j5create USB Type A to Dual HDMI Adapter - Dual HDMI Multi Display Convertor for an old laptop that does not have a USB c port. This works great! What is also a bonus is that I use it to send one HDMI to the Sound Bar and the other HDMI to the TV screen for our church services - A feature that some splitters do not do!

For some reason the Surface hub was having problems connect to 2 additional monitors. This was around the 1/3rd the cost of a new hub. Setup was easy, just follow the instructions to download the relevant software and connect it all up. Works perfectly

Funciona perfectamente en windows y Mac , aunque haya drivers para descargar funciona correctamente sin ellos, el mejor en relación calidad precio que funcione en ambos sistemas operativos. Totalmente recomendable

Compact device that works well with my 4 year old laptop. I was able to extend laptop to 2 additional screens. I noticed that there is a big difference in quality of the HDMI and HDMI 4k. Would be good if they were both HDMI 4k outputs.
