Love the Portioned Vacuum-Sealed Packaging
I’ve been very pleased with this Arborio rice. It arrived promptly and in excellent condition. One of my favorite things about it is the packaging. The 11 pounds of rice are divided among five individually vacuum-sealed packages, so I can open one at a time while the rest stays sealed and fresh. Each package contains a very reasonable amount of rice for making risotto, and I don’t have to open and store the entire 11 pounds at once. The vacuum-sealed packaging is especially convenient for keeping a larger supply of Arborio rice on hand without worrying about freshness. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality, quantity, and especially the packaging.

Its rice
My local grocery stores didn't carry Arborio rice, so I would have to make a special trip about 30 miles away. I didn't feel like driving one day, so I wondered if I could get it from Amazon, and, not surprising, I found this product. The rice makes great risotto in the Instantpot. It is a lot of rice, but it is divided into a lot of vacuum packed bags, so it lasts. And it is easy to give a bag to your friends and family and get them hooked on Risotto.

Great taste and quality
I’ve been buying this Arborio rice since last year I think this is the third package , it cooks in 25 min and I love the taste , I keep it in the freezer and one package lasts me for like three months . Great quality

Risotto rice famous chefs use
After eating at Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas I decided to attempt to make risotto. I've never made it in my life and after 1 hour of making my dish... it was delicious. A simpler version of Gordon Ramsay's Lobster Risotto, but I think using the same type of rice (Arborio Rice) greatly helped. This rice was air tight and quality.
