Not to cumbersome but these have everything built in and the fit is great! Except one thing, the first pair I ordered were a Medium and I have a 33 waist. I have bigger thighs now (from all those darm squats) so if this is you, BUY LARGE! the mediums eventually ripped at the seems prob. from sitting down all day. Get the next size larger
Get the next size larger because the actual product doesnโt fit the size in their size chart. Great product and very comfortable when you have the size that actually fits your body. I would have given a 5 star if the product matched the size chart in the description

Give it a try
Well it definitely gave me a butt! I'm actually pretty happy with this product. I'm really tall and slender and no matter how many squats I do I don't have much of a butt..so I figured I'd try this out. When I first opened it I didn't expect much from it. It's super light weight and not super thick so I was like "hm..this probably won't do anything" but once I put it on with some jeans I instantly noticed the difference! It looks natural and it's not super dramatic to where it looks obviously fake. It looks completely normal and I finally look like I have a butt! It's just the right amount of thickness. My only complaint is after an hour or 2 of wearing it I noticed it rubbing on my inner thigh area and it was slightly uncomfortable. So maaaaybe order a size larger if you dont want it super tight. The only other downside is you can DEFINITELY feel it when you're walking around. No one else will be able to tell you're wearing it but YOU will definitely know. It took me a good minute to not feel silly wearing it and to realize no one else could tell even though it FELT super obvious.. All in all it's a good purchase and I highly recommend if you want to have some shape back there that looks natural.

Wrong size chart
For Amweican male purchasers my experience is that the SIZE chart for the USA is way off. I usually get M but I went up to XL and couldn't even get past my hips. That means up.your size 4X.

Helping to make me feel whole
I like the feeling of having a rear when Iโm wearing jeans or pants. It gives a fullness to my body, which I donโt have excellent product for those who are not fortunate to have rears.

Its ok butt
Its a crude product, quite large, after purchasing i discovered another better designed and the size of normal underwear that i much prefer, this does the job butt there are others more appealing
