Apple iPhone 11 Pro, 64GB, Space Grey (Renewed)

I bought this about four or five years ago and it was like new. Being reconditioned the battery wasn’t 100% but lasted until recently and I have had genuine replacement from Apple. So works like new. I will keep it until it is no longer supported by Apple and will replace with s newer refurbished model.

I was a little sceptical buying a ‘renewed’ mobile phone, i have only ever owned brand new devices up until now. However, i cannot afford to pay upwards of £900 for a new iPhone, so i decided to go ahead and try out Amazons ‘renewed’ devices. I was surprised at the good quality of the device despite the iPhone 11 pro being used but ‘renewed’, i expected to see some wear and tear or minor scratches, but to my amazement - not a thing! Furthermore, i only paid £230. If you’re trying to save a few quid and need a reliable used phone that doesn’t look like it has been dropped off Blackpool Tower, then i highly recommend this service.

Great value for money, exactly comes how they describe, my battery health is 95% which is good. The company were very generous and also put a screen protector on the phone and gave me a free phone case:) would definitely recommend!

This phone which I purchased on 31.01.25 from URcouk and cost £194.25 had an "unknown" battery which would not hold it's charge. Eventually managed to return to seller for refund. We received partial refund of £164.25. The company retained £25 as a "handling charge"! The company refused to reimburse shortfall. I have contacted Amazon who apologised and said they will sort it out - this was a couple of weeks ago - I'm still waiting! Looking at the reviews of this company I'm not the first customer to be sent a faulty phone - this "handing charge" looks like a nice little earner.

It was in excellent condition ( like a new one ). It arrived the next day and was very well packed. I have no complaints about this super purchase.

Received this phone and have only had it for a few days but everything seems to work perfectly so far and the screen is an original Apple screen. Battery health is 100%. Only a few little marks on the case but nothing serious! If it stays this way I highly rate this product

As refurb iPhones go you can’t really complain, hardly any visible wear on the item and it’s going to be wearing a cover anyway - ideal for a lower cost - sim only continuity update on a really old previous phone.
