These filters are great! I have had a whole-house water filter for 15 years, and love it. Though I have city water, the specs state that this filter also is great for well water.

Absolute garbage. You know that saying you get what you pay for this is one of those things. Installed on a home with big blue water filter system on city water and this got totally clogged within 2 months and I had terrible low water pressure in the house. Pulled it out and the inside of the filter was falling apart. Put the big blue back together without this filter house pressure back to normal. Waiting for my usual filter brand (which by the way costs x2 as much) to arrive and will install as I have never had this issue before. Thought I would try something else and save a few bucks but was wrong. Guess I will just be throwing the 2nd filter I got with this away what a waste.

The boxes looked good and an initial look at the filters were fine so I stored them for when I needed them. I’ve now gone to use them and after pulling them fully out of the box both filters are cracked on one end. Very disappointing.
