I really wanted a sauna after my wife and I spent a weekend at a Nordic spa, but I didn't want to buy something super expensive if we didn't use it very much so I decided to get a portable sauna. I also wanted one that was big enough to be comfortable in because I'm a pretty big guy. This one was one of the only ones that says would seat three people. Now while technically you could put three in it. You would be pretty tight. But my wife and I sit in it pretty comfortably together and still have room. I also put a zero gravity chair in it and I can lay out almost horizontal and I'm 6 ft 3 and 250lbs. It was very easy to put together and both steamers get it pretty hot in there. My wife and I set a 20 minute timer and that is more than enough. It's very relaxing and you feel great when you get out. The seller was very responsive with an issue I had and took care of me with no issues. A plus plus on customer satisfaction. Highly recommend. Would buy from them again. I have recommended this to multiple friends and my adult children.

The parts look to be high quality and durable. I didn't realize how big it was till I got it. Still trying to make room to set it up

Excellent sauna! Gets super hot and is a great size. Love how fast it heats up. It assembles quickly and is ready to go. Nothing like having your own sauna right at home! Definitely get this sauna!!!

I had high hopes for this sauna. The tent is essentially a piece of tarp like material that has a foil looking lining. It is very thin and does not hold heat very well. The steam condensates very quickly on the walls and runs down to the floor and essentially leaves a pool of water on the floor of the tent. It is also cold towards the floor of the tent, unless you put your feet up. I put blankets on top of the tent to try and hold the heat in better but could only get the temperature up to 95 degrees, which is warm, but no where near as hot as advertised. It is steamy until the steam hits the sides of the tent then it's a wet mess. I feel like I get wet from the steam, but never really get a good sweat going. I usually let this warm up while I am running and then when I open the tent, all the steam rolls out and it takes another good 10 minutes to get back warm again. You can get maybe 2 people in there comfortably, but I honestly don't see how you are going to fit 3 unless you sit elbow to elbow. I missed the return window on this, or I would definitely be sending it back and just buy a real infrared sauna. If you like wet and steamy around your head, and your feet to be a cold wet clammy mess, then go for this. Otherwise I say hard pass.

Although the assembly and size were just what I wanted, the missing instructions and the ability to use it made me disappointed because it kept flipping my breaker so I don’t think it is as user friendly as advertised. I watched videos of people using these in their homes and I never got to because it kept flipping the breaker.

This is a great product that both me and my wife use on a consistent basis. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Any complaints you may have they will take care of it right away with no issues. I highly recommend this product for multiple reasons, including health and detox.

Really love this sauna. I recommend insulating it a bit more with emergency blankets, then it gets too hot. I love it so much i’m really upset that the seller won’t get in touch with me after nearly 15 attempts to get them to honor the one year warranty. One of my steamers displays didn’t work properly from the beginning, but I knew it was on the highest setting so that was OK. But it started leaking steam and eventually it lost all its magic. I really wouldn’t mind But the separate warranty that I bought won’t honor it’s agreement with me until the old warranty agreement with the product is over. So right now I’m stuck without my favorite thing. I’d recommend buying their tent And finding two steamers that have great reviews and are sold by accessible sellers

I was skeptical with the reviews however I've had zero issues. It gets super steamy inside. We threw a blanket underneath and draped 2 on top and it made it 20° hotter inside. I can only last 15-20 mins max! So happy!
